We found the company by chance turning around Krakow, the staff was immediately very kind and helpful to our every request. Thermal baths - If you want to go to thermal baths in the mountains highly recommended this company, everything went just great, our driver was Kamil, he gave us lots of details about Cracow. We definitely come back one day and book another trip with them!!!

Fantastic Trip! - Hubert is such an amazing driver. We really enjoyed our tour with the smooth timing and experience. Zakopane is worth to visit with lovely view on the mountains and many spots to eat. Thermal baths were fabulous. The tour was beautifully paced, not rushed and allowing good time in each place of interest. Hubert provided good and useful information. Much appreciated.

An excellent day enhanced by an excellent guide - A very enjoyable day. I was most impressed by the behaviour and professional attitude of our guide, Hubert. Right from the beginning of what must have been a long day for him, Hubert made an extra effort to be efficient and helpful. He took time and care to ensure we had a very good experience. Hubert’s commentaries on the places we visited were detailed and informative and very humorous at times. He was always accessible and available throughout the day. On one occasion, I was out and about and had a query. I was able to text Hubert with a question and he quickly and helpfully replied, giving me the information I needed. I must say, as the day went on, I became more and more impressed to note the level of Hubert's knowledge and the care and attention to detail he had taken to prepare for the outing - clearly assimilating a range of diverse material in order to be ready to direct us to certain facts or respond to our questions. Hubert is a most impressive young man, neatly turned out and very professional in his attitude. Good humoured, well prepared, courteous, informative, polite and helpful. A credit to himself and to the company. I recommend him accordingly.

Professional, reliable and most enjoyable experience - Fantastic trip and experience exploring Chochołów, Zakopane, Gubałówka and the thermal baths. A small group travelling with the most lovely guide and driver Maciek who attended to all our needs. I really enjoyed the extra mile the tour company has gone to and the professional communication with the tour operator all the way through. The price of the trip was the most competitive compared to much more expensive tour operators providing exactly the same service. I highly recommend it.

Worth the money - The tour started on time but just be aware to follow the time on the whatsapp msg or email and not the one on getyourguide cos they sometimes change it. Janek, our driver/tour guide, was very easy to talk to and very accommodating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. 10 hours was just enough to see Zakopane and have a dip in the thermal baths without feeling rushed. The cheese tasting was very good! I recommend this tour to everyone looking for something different to do and see while in Krakow.

Zakopane & Thermal baths - Our driver, Maciek was fabulous! Very welcoming and respectful. Knowledgeable of the areas we were in and I would highly recommend him. Zackopane was wonderful, beautiful destination. The views were spectacular and had plenty of options to choose where to eat. Had a 3 hour stop over but would have loved to have longer as there was so much to explore. The thermal baths were okay. Was sold as a relaxing and luxurious place but is more closely related to a very overcrowded and busy leisure centre. Don't be fooled by the pictures you see online. On the other hand, coffee there was excellent. BUT don't let this put you off booking with the company as they aren't to blame for this. They were wonderful. I would happily recommend this company to a friend and would 1000% book through them again.

Highly recommend the experience - Our family had a wonderful time in Zakopane and Thermal baths. Our driver/guide Piotr was knowledgeable, helpful and punctual, we were given the information about the area and what to expect. This tour it’s a great opportunity to see the surroundings and relax at the thermal baths after.
