Great place to explore - Amazing service from start to finish, we chose hotel pick up and our driver was lovely. Really enjoyed visiting the salt mine, extremely interesting and well worth an afternoon. Lots of steps but you soon forget them when you get down to level 1, beautiful place and lots of information, very interesting.

They sent over all details we needed and they sent over the driver name and registration to find him on pick up. Our driver, Grzegorz, was lovely and funny.

First class service - First class service all the way through. Great communication with WhatsApp. Drivers were prompt, friendly and helpful and vehicles were clean. Great organist the trips and not rushed.

Salt Mines - Unique experience that mixes history with beauty. Our guide was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. There is a considerable amount of walking involved.

Salt mine tour - Fascinating experience I'd recommend to anyone, only reason for 4 not 5 - we were left in the people carrier for half an hour while the driver sorted tickets - surely there is a way around this? Not the most comfortable vehicle, I was sat 'travelling backwards' which was not great

Ideally on a rainy day. Not for me - In general it was a nice experience at the Salt Mine but nothing special and I'd say it's up for debate whether it is worth the price. I personally don't think so. I would only suggest going here if you feel like you've exhausted the rest of Kraków or have very bad weather. I got picked up 10min early. Curious what would have happened if I hadn't been there that early. Driver was rather passive except towards a bunch of girls sitting in the front. The rest of us in the back got ignored and did not receive any information about the itinerary etc. Hence, it came as a surprise that after the guided tour we got shushed into the mini van and later dropped off just randomly in the old town. Not a bad spot but it was never communicated. Took us all by surprise. I had a very different and way more positive experience on a tour by Hello Cracow just 2 days before. This one though was a let down and therefore I would not recommend. Rating the entire experience: Organisation by Hello Cracow - 2/10 Sight and guide there - 6/10
