- Important note! You choose your preferred pickup time. Your preferred time is not guaranteed. Departure is possible between 6:00 AM and 1:30 PM. You will be informed about the exact departure time the day before the tour.
- Break during the sightseeing takes around 10 minutes
- The service does not include lunch
- Museum is closed on the following dates: 1st of January, first day of Easter, 16th of April and 25th of December.
- The maximum size of backpacks brought into the Museum cannot exceed dimensions 30x20x10 cm.
- For all bookings we need full names of all participants (same as in ID or passports). You will be also asked to have your ID during the tour.
- Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately

Moving Experience - Our guide was very informative and passionate about the subject. It was a very moving experience. We were very encouraged to see so many young people wanting to experience the tour to keep the awful atrocities in our minds.

Emotive and poignant day. - Really hard hitting day. Makes you think and react to the unimaginable events that happened here. Everyone should visit her to remember what happened. It should never be forgotten. Excellent guide - really knowledgeable.

Auschwitz Tour - The tour was well organised with great communications prior and during the tour.
Our tour guide kept things moving smoothly and was approachable.

terrible communication and planning from the tour operator. Great tour though. - So first of all the tour itself was great. But that's mainly organised by Auschwitz itself. I booked a tour with a pick up time of 10 am. The night before the tour, i got a whatsapp massage of the operator. They told me that your pick up time changed to 5.40 AM!!!! An hour or 2 is acceptable for me but this is not. We barely arrived in Krakow by that time. The worst thing for us was, that they did not respond in any way on my whatsapp messages. I told that about the fact that we might not make that time, no reponse. I would not recommend this company.

Bunch of incompetents - Bunch of incompetents. They were able to cancel how trip just the day before and disappear. No answer to calls or messages. Expects other similar review to all the group you cancelled

Absolute fraudsters.
Booked this trip on the 3rd February.
They then WhatsApp me on 14th February night to say that the trip was cancelled due to an "internal problem" at Auschwitz. They stated that Auschwitz would not organise a tour for our group. This is a tour company......it's their only job!!
This has ruined our trip as this was the main reason for visiting Krakow.

Fraude - It's a fraud. They changed the time of the tour at the last minute (less than 24 hours before the tour) and they did not give us any solution. They also do not respond to messages or inform you of other solutions. Not recommended!
