Additional Information

This journey is split into two parts. In the initial phase, we’ll navigate through the Krakow districts of Kaimierz and Podgórze in a environmentally-friendly comfortable golf cart looking for remnants of Jewish culture. Kazimierz, one of the royal city’s oldest regions, was once a separate settlement, situated beyond an extinct offshoot of the Vistula River. Chiefly, it’s an area recognised for the congruence and integration of two historical cultures - Christian and Jewish. During the war, Pogdórze was the location of a Jewish ghetto, vestiges of which remain today.
In the concluding phase, we’ll be exploring one of the city’s most frequented museums assisted by a guide. While the museum is linked with German businessman Oskar Shindler, who protected numerous Jews through employment in his factory, our primary focus during the visit is the history of Krakow and its residents during Nazi rule. We’ll explore this exceptionally interactive display that is guaranteed to hold the attention of all who visit.

  • Note that part of the tour is walking (inside the museum) and operated by a live guide. The rest of the tour includes an audio guide.
  • This is a group tour (other people will participate) that starts at the specified time (please be on time at the meeting point).
  • Children/infant 0-6 years old using the free ticket must sit on an adult’s lap while driving.
  • Tour ends with visiting the museum (we do not provide transport from the museum to the hotel or other place).
