Great service & car - Great service. our flight was late 1 1/2 hour & there was someone to pick us up as we exited great van

Superb service! - Due to a flight change I had to rearrange our pickup from the airport. I emailed and my request was dealt with promptly with a confirmation. I received a call from Andy to tell us where he was located and we were on our way. Very smart and polite. Thank you for a great transfer.

Just book them! really great airport transfers - used this firm for our airport transfers - really brilliant, on time, friendly and efficient and a good price considering the lovely car both ways, highly recommend.

Airport transfer was great - No waiting was there with my name on a sign. He helped with my case an was prompt an took us to our destination, also gave us information of things to see and do whilst in krakow. Great service thank you

Rude driver left us at the street - We had two very different experiences with Krakow Direct. The frist one was an excursion to the Saltmine 18.10.23 in the afternoon. Unfortunately I can’t remember the drivers name but it was something with “Jero”. He was a brilliant driver. So helpful, so nice a driver, a very good organizer and he just made the whole bus laugh and smile. Wish everybody to meet him at an excursion sooner or later. The next meeting with Krakow Direct was when we booked a taxi to the airport through Booking.com. At the 19.10.23 08.35 the driver came 5 minutes late and did park at another street (although in walking distance too the hotel). He was rude, unfriendly and left us at the street with the words: “Why should I help you”. The reason for that was, that we had not stated that we had a little girl with us (actually we had two smaller girls but he only pointed out the smallest was the problem). When we made the booking through Booking.com we could not state that we were 6 adults and 2 children. We could only book a taxi for 8 Pers. When we pointed that out he said that it was our own problem, and we should know the taxilaw before travel to Polen 🤦🏼‍♀️ OMG. As explained to him, we did not know, we need to go to the aiport and we came with a similar ride from the airport to Krakow a couple of days before without this was an issue or even was something that was mentioned. Also we was at an excursion the day before with Krakow Direct as mentioned without this was an issue, so how should we know and what should we have done if we could not mention it in the booking? He answered that there were different rules for the type og transport and again that we should know the taxilaw. We were confused and did not know what to do. We asked him to help us, but he left us at the street with the words that it was not his problem and asked us again why he should help us. I don’t know his name but have his phone no. and license plate.

Wasted money - Driver did not turn up on time. We waited 15 minutes and then made alternative arrangements. We were half way into town when the company phoned to query where we were.

Broken cars - The driver is nice and polite, clean inside. But the car in which I was driving disintegrates, everything crackles, you hear no clutch, despite the pleasant service, I was afraid that I would not get to the hotel and on my way back to the airport.

Do not rate this provider with one star - for some reason the pickup time was the time my flight left, obviously not good - after 6 emails and several texts I still have not had any contact from this provider. What option do I have but to contact a reputable service provider to assure my pickup time is correct? This has totally ruined my short break; I am frustrated at having to contact the provider so many times and also out of pocket as I will have to arrange (and pay for) another airport transfer
