- Due to the new Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum policy, name and surname of each customer are obligatory and need to be provided accurately at the time of booking. In case name or surname is incorrect, this may result in customer paying for their ticket at Auschwitz themselves or even prevent customers from visiting the Museum. Each traveller needs to have valid ID or passport at the Auschwitz Museum.
- By booking less than three months before the planned tour date, the customer acknowledges that online tickets for Auschwitz may no longer be available due to museum restrictions and high demand, as tickets often sell out well in advance. In such cases, tickets will need to be purchased on-site by the driver at the ticket office, which may involve waiting in line
- If a booking is made just a few days in advance, the tour operator will arrange an early departure from Warsaw (around 4 am) to secure tickets on the spot. However, the local provider cannot be held responsible for ticket availability at the ticket office
- If tickets are sold out, customers will be refunded the nominal price of the museum entry tickets, but not the cost of the entire tour. Alternatively, clients can opt for a non-guided visit to Kraków’s Old Town. Such situations are extremely rare and beyond the control of the local provider
- Pickup is available from hotels in Warsaw city centre - there might be a supplement for pickups outside the city centre. You’ll be picked up between 4.00 am and 8.00 am. The tour operator will confirm the exact pickup time the day before the tour
- The museum requires the name and surname of every guest, please add this additional information at checkout. Providing a wrong name and surname will prevent customers from entering the museum

Amazing trip - Excellent service, I really enjoy the travel. Very recommended, our driver Victor was amazing, he was concern about us all the time, and always was on time

Great day packed with learning - The trip was fantastic - it’s a long ride and on the day we went it was snowing but Mikołaj our driver was fantastic. He was very safe in extreme conditions and was very pleasant to talk to during the many hours in the car. Auschwitz was as you could imagine was heart wrenching but the tour guide was phenomenally well versed in the history and gave an incredible recount. Krakaw was beautiful and we had another professional tour around old town finishing at the Christmas tree lighting. Awesome day I would recommend the tour if you can have a full day adventure and of course Mikołaj made us safe and comfortable along the way.

The best your ever - Karol was our driver! He was excellent! He promptly picked me up at 5:50 am from my hotel. I was grouped together with 4 other travelers. It took about 4 hours to get to Auschwitz. There we were introduced to our tour leader and our tour guide who escorted and informed us about Auschwitz. It is a very somber experience to see the site, the pictures, and the place where this atrocity took place! After our tour of Auschwitz, we enjoyed a wonderful traditional Polish lunch which is included in the price of this tour. After lunch, we drove a short distance to Krakow which is a must stop destination! It does make for a longer day but do not miss it! The city is beautiful and the architecture majestic! My guide Joanna was very informative and the walking tour through Krakow was amazing! After a few hours at 6:10 pm, Karol took is back to Warsaw and we arrived just before 9:30 pm. What a perfect day for this traveler from the United States!

Overwhelming Trip - We booked the AB Poland Travel Krakow and Auschwitz Day tour at the last minute. I travelled with my partner and few friends. It was one of the best guided Tour in Poland. It was a very organized tour. The arrangements and timings were smooth. We have great memories of the tour and our scenic road trip from Warsaw to Auschwitz.

Fantastic Day Tour! - We booked the AB Poland Travel Krakow and Auschwitz Day tour at the last minute. Booking on their website wasn't available, so my initial calls to them were somewhat trying, as no one picked up the phone. However, after the 5th attempt, when I finally did connect with Monika, things could not have been smoother or easier. Monika was attentive, professional and thorough. Their driver and various tour guides were great! Very friendly and knowledgeable! The booking price was very reasonable as well. (Even though my daughter and I wanted a private tour, they gave us the group rate, as no one else booked the tour). The only thing that could have been improved was the Krakow portion. Even though our tour guide was fantastic (I think her name was Maria), we arrived so late in the afternoon that most sites were already closed. We mainly walked around the old city, but did not get to experience the interiors of the many many churches or other interesting sites. ( I think I would have preferred to skip the lunch after Auschwitz, to make it sooner to Krakow). Even with the late arrival to Krakow, all in all, I would give the tour an 9 out of 10! Excellent Day Trip - This was an excellent day trip organised by AB Poland. Everything was taken care of with pick-up and drop-off at your accomodation.
Tours at Auschwitz and Krakow were informative and well worth it.
AB Poland communicated everything you needed to know. Driver was very polite and helpful.

Although it was not what they offered us, it turned out well - Although a private tour was requested due to company issues, it should have been shared and at a different pace. Even so, the experience was satisfactory, especially due to the very professional and pleasant driver, in addition to the sympathy of the other companions.
Regarding what was visited, everything according to what we expected, perhaps lunch could be something more typical of the area.
