Enjoy the bus. - Ordered the tickets at home and later saw the reviews (fortunately afterwards), so expectations were low. But that really wasn't right. The bus was on time, got off at various places and got back on the bus exactly according to schedule. Met expectations well. Nice weather tomorrow.

No added value - Tour tickets cheap but the information on the headsets have no added value. Extremely superficial and not detailed at all. Nothing you couldn’t google....BUT, the guide checking the tickets was extremely friendly and helpful and had a lot of additional knowledge!

Disappointed - My wife and I are in Krakow for a couple of days, we decided to go on the hop on hop off bus tour. First our head sets wouldn’t work, I told the guide, others on the bus then said theirs were not working. Then the tour guide tried various other sets with no success. She then asked everyone if they could understand English? One couple said they only understood German. But she put English commentary through the bus speakers. The German couple then left the bus. The bus was noisy, as was the road it was difficult to hear the commentary anyway. No compensation was offered to anyone. Not a great experience. Learned nothing.

Waste of time, unfortunately! - Unfortunately, the good things about this trip do not outweigh the overall bad experience! Nice easy online booking and easy scanning before departure, check. BUT... the quality of committed staff on board, the sound of the narration in the headphones, some of the sights on the route are completely irrelevant knowledge (large centers and hotels, etc.), absolutely unbelievably rattling/noisy bus, with seats that shake so violently that you can't hear anything in the headphones, despite the highest volume. And the information at the various attractions is poorly specified, such that you either haven't arrived yet or have just driven past! We even experienced getting off at a stop to visit Schindler's factory and when we get there it is closed for 2 days, this would have been nice to be informed about in advance by an updated bus staff! Conclusion waste of precious time and money. BOOK A PRIVATE CAR WITH GUIDE INSTEAD! Simply does not match other countries' Hop On Hop Off quality, oops!

Less successful guiding - A less fun experience. We followed directions and saw the bus and guide pass us without any interest. No sign for the guide to start. We called the information was number was not in use. We finally found the bus. Fairly difficult guiding that was not always in step with the tour. Very unsafe driver

Below average - Overall? Disappointed with service compared with other similar services in other countries. Shame it was on earphones but understandable due numerous languages. Heavy traffic impeded timetable. Gondola ride was hard work as they did not understand online bookings and could not note mobile phone info! No commentary on journey. Also no signage to direct to pier or bus stop.

Terrible! - The tour was terrible, the audio was slow and didn’t match up to the locations that we were visiting. The driver and guide were to busy chatting to each other than leading the tour. To find the locations where the busses picked up from was ridiculous it took us around 1/1 and a half hours to find the first pick up point as there is no signing and the stops are just normal bus stops. When eventually on the tour we also did not get told were stops were, half of the time the driver didn’t actually stop or tell us what number stop we had reached or in fact anything that was around that stop. We actually found a golf buggie tour that was the same price for a private one-to-one tour where the driver actually stopped to look at specific places and it wasn’t just pre recorded audio, we would recommend this over this tour. will not be using this again.

Worst hop and hop off - The bus first doesnt reach any stop on time. There is minimum 1 hour delay at every stop. The gondola ride which was mentioned was cancelled due to Wind ...which is fine... But they promised a free scoop of ice cream.....we asked the lady on the bus she said it's available and dropped us at stop 2.....in the rains only to find the ice cream shop was closed....the entire day.... The entire Jordon group that runs this service is a fraud and cheat......

On the buses - This trip needs a total miss. The audio guide has no correlation with the area you are in. For example when they are discussing the river it is no where in sight. The day we visited the weather was boiling hot and there is no escape from the sun. There are other options which must be a better option or a least worth investigating. It is definitely an experienced to be missed.
