Recommended - Great views, comfortable boat and would recommend. Wasn't too busy, service was straight forward. There restaurant offered snacks and drink for you to take on board too.

Interesting boat ride - The Krakow by Night Vistula River cruise was a magical experience. The boat was comfortable, and the city’s illuminated landmarks created a stunning backdrop. An enjoyable trip - Being late November and after dark, it was a cold but pleasant trip. It was the same boat as in the picture, which departed and returned on time.
There was occasional (I think pre-recorded) commentary that pointed out some of the landmarks as we passed.
I wouldn't say it's a "must do" trip, but it was enjoyable.

Not the best, boat not... - Not the best, boat not like picture and unfortunately was raining but still enjoyed. Information commentary difficult to hear.

Nice but not as expected - Trip was good but not as expected as boat was very different to the one pictured, rather than a cruise boat it was more of a cargo carrier

Very rude - We had trouble finding it so we ended up arriving literally one minute late, it was booked for 5.30 we arrived at 5.31 and the man wouldn’t let us on, he hadn’t actually started to leave either, he was also very rude, definitely would not recommend.

Would not recommend - Boat was not the same one as in the photos and instead a much smaller dimly lit boat. Audio tour was poor with 95% of the tour in silence. Was only us and another couple who seemed equally as bored. Would not recommend.
