A local food tour worth repeating - We had an amazing afternoon food tour with Kasia. She is both knowledgeable and friendly. We started in a restaurant that specializes in Pierogi's, we tried several different versions (really liked the spinach and feta cheese one). Then it was downstairs in a basement on the market square to a small music entertainment bistro that served local bread and sheep milk cheese. They had several local beers (I don't normally drink beer, but was encouraged to try the orange beer AND I LIKED IT). Another stop had several local soups plus cabbage rolls, kielbasa and goulash with potato pancakes. Definitely a lot of food, full size servings. Good company, food and a new friend. Have recommended it and raved about it. Would definitely do it again.

Wonderful introduction to Krakow plus yummy Polish food/drink. - Extremely fun way to learn about and taste Polish favorites in Krakow. Four different venues with distinct atmospheres: a casual lunch place, a subterranean bar/club, a traditional family run restaurant and a riverside floating cafe. As we walked around the city our guide was very informative about the sites as well as food, traditions, etc. She was like a new friend introducing us to her culture and city. Don't miss this!

Delicious in every way! Ask for Mateusz - Not-to-be-Missed! - Mateusz is a wonderful tour guide. His knowledge is vast and he brings each story to life in an entertaining and compelling way. We had an incredible time. His tour was perfectly planned. We experienced things we would never have found on our own. Each taste led us into a scintillating discussion. We learned so much about the culture of Krakow from the hitoric to the contemporary! Every aspect of this experience was outstanding. We highly recommend this tour and make sure you ask for Mateusz!

Amazing Tour! - We had an amazing experience touring Krakow with Mateusz Tomaszczyk! He’s an outstanding guide—knowledgeable, friendly, and deeply passionate about Polish culture. He took us to excellent local restaurants and introduced us to authentic Polish cuisine we wouldn’t have found on our own. Mateusz was also happy to answer all our questions about Poland—history, culture, daily life, and more. He made everything engaging and easy to understand. Thanks to him, we left with a much deeper appreciation for Krakow and its people. Highly recommend!

Informative and enjoyable dining experience. A must do! - The food tour we enjoyed with Dominika was absolutely famous. Dominika was a welcoming and informative host. We had 4 kinds of pierogis, a meat and cheese and bread platter, a tasting of about 8 different beers, 3 soups, an entree course of meats and vegetables, and cheesecake along with a shot of vodka. After the tour, I was much more knowledgeable about what to order in restaurants. I would recommend this tour to anyone.

History, great food, and lots of steps! Highly recommend. - Wonderful day with Tomasz, who shared history, insight, and his pride in Krakow. We visited the castle, phenomenal church, and listened to the noon trumpeter. Loved the pierogis, goulash, beet soup and latkes. Best of all was learning about the rich history of the first capital of Poland, including stories of the first female king, and the experience of WW2, liberation, and then true freedom post-soviet occupation. Highly recommended.
