Highly Recommended - I did both the Old Town and Jewish Quarter tours, with Dale. He was extremely knowledgeable, was evidently passionate about many topics, offered great 'insider tips' for Krakow, and was never rushed. He has a lot of information to share.
I have been on many walking tours (with other companies in other cities) before, and sometimes the guides are just very general, and / or are telling more jokes or pointing out drinking spots than they are actually presenting info.
Thank you, Dale.
TIP: when you are looking for the meeting point, it's literally in front of St Mary's Basilica, the church with the two tours on the main square. You are looking for a blue umbrella with English flag attached. The guide should have a blue lanyard. Start time is 11am. Other companies may try to 'lure' you to their tour, but I recommend you stick with City Walks Krakow.
Please remember this is a tips-based tour.

Insightful tours! - Big shout-out to Karolina, who led us on both the Krakow Old Town tour and Jewish Quarter tour. Karolina offered us a wealth of knowledge from history, culture, art, and architecture to local insights and provided us with greater understanding and appreciation for Krakow. She did so in a lively and engaging fashion from beginning to end. Her English was great and easy to understand, and her loud voice really helped in crowded spots. Highly recommended!
@Karolina - we lost you at the end of the Jewish Quarter tour on August 8, please reach out to us privately if you get this message... Thank you!

A must-do with Dale. Excellent overview of the city with great historical insight. - This is a must-do tour. Dale is completely fluent in English and is very knowledgeable about Poland, Krakow and history. The AM tour is a good walk-around and in the PM we went to the Jewish Quarter and got a much better understanding of the events leading up to WWII.

Amazing Krakow! - We went on three different tours around Krakow- and what an amazing city! Our guide Dale was both knowledgeable, fun and a good communicator. We got to see how beautiful Krakow is- learn abouts its history and hear exciting and funny stories. Worth a trip!

An amazing tour of Krakow! - We had a very talented guide named Dale. We were going as a group of 16 and he was extraordinary at explaining the old town, the castle, the churches and the Ghetto of Krakow. We also went on a "scary" tour.
Dale was absolutely amazing and accommodating. We can greatly recommend him!

Krakow Old Town, Castle Tour - Alexs as guide - This was a great tour with Alexs as our guide. She gave such wonderful information on the area and also some personal notes that were very interesting. If you do this tour, hope that you get her. She was one of the best we have had so far! This is a must.
