Great walking tour, ridiculously low price. - The most ridiculously priced tour ever. Such value for money. Around an hour and learnt so much. Really helped us get our bearings of the old town. Can’t remember name of guide , but he was great.

Best tour of our visit - We booked the 2 hour Old Town and Castle walking tour. Gregory was our guide and he was fabulous. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about the city and took time to explain both the history but also other quirky facts not found in the guide books. Thank you Gregory.

Lovely people, fantastic service. - I used this company on a visit back in February 2020 as they came highly recommended by our hotel. The booking process was simple and our driver Michael was so lovely and incredibly helpful. My dad and brother are in Kraków at the moment and asked me to book them the same trip I did as I had such a positive experience with Kraków Direct tours and couldn’t praise highly enough. I’ve been emailing back and forth this afternoon arranging their trip for tomorrow and Marlena in customer service has been so lovely and helpful. Not a bad word to say about this company they have worked around our time constraints and answered all my questions timely and professionally. Well worth booking and highly recommend for any future visitors to Kraków!

A great way to be introduced to Krákow - The tour opened my eyes to some undiscovered places that we couldn’t find on our own. It was well worth the time and money.

Better communication needed by organisers - We were informed that the tour started at 6.45 through Trip Advisor and the actual start time was 7pm and and it was about 1C on the night of our tour, it was very cold waiting outside for 15 minutes this was poor communication by the organisers. Although the tour was alright we both expected more information about the history of the town and the buildings that we walked past and stopped by and, as this was just a straight walk from the meeting point in the square at the top of town down where we could see the castle, we seemed to miss out a number of interesting old streets.

Expected that this would tell us much more about the old town of Krakow. - The tour itself was OK but I expected a lot more on the history of the buildings that we were seeing and this was only a straight walk from the top of town to the end of the street from where you could see the castle. Also annoyingly we were told that the tour started at 6.45 through Trip Advisor and it actually started at 7pm and on the night we took the tour it was about 1C so hanging around outside for 15 minutes wasn't a good start.
