Quick pick up from the airport - The pick up from the airport was excellent the driver was waiting for me and my friends at the airport with a sign that had my name and surname on it. The car was clean and nice.

Recommended - Great driver who was very helpful to get luggage and wheelchair in to the car. On the way from airport to the hotel he pointed out places and told us things about it. So we felt that we were with a tour guide.

Transport in Krakow to excursions - Arranged down to the last detail! During the autumn holidays, I booked a 5-day trip to Krakow via Simonsetours.nl together with my daughters, aged 14 and 16 at the time. (Recommended!) Barbara from the travel agency booked the trip and excursions for us and in Poland we contacted Wictoria. We received excellent guidance from start to finish and were able to enjoy our trip without any worries. Contact with Wictoria in Krakow was very easy via Whatsapp and she kept us constantly informed about the exact time where we were picked up, what time we had to be somewhere, etc., for our visit to Krakow, Auschwitz, the bicycle tour via mijnkrakautours .nl (tip!) and the salt mines. The drivers were extremely proud of their city and told enthusiastic background stories and gave all kinds of tips about what we absolutely had to see. Drivers were very friendly and were on time. Wictoria also arranged the option of booking a packed lunch for a visit to Auschwitz, which was recommended to us. In short, everything went smoothly and I would definitely recommend this company for your visit to Krakow.
