Good experience. - Great Experience. Thousand Miles Tours were great. Great communication to tell us they would waiting at the Airport for us with a named board and they were. Transfer to our Hotel was quick and efficient by a very pleasant young man. All in all a very pleasant and professional experience. No refreshments, but I wasn't expecting any at the price.

Excellent transfer experience - I got picked up an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable driver called Monika and i couldnt have asked for anyone nicer. She was really pleasant and made the entire journey comfortable and gave lots of local information and advice which was really grateful. It was lovely to meet her dog Bari too who was absolutely beautiful and very well behaved, every taxi should come with a dog! Would highly recommend and will be using this service in the future if I'm ever in Krakow again.

Best Airport Transfer and with Beer & Pastries - Really Efficent and polite Airport transfer provided by our driver, Wurjek( apologies if miss spelt!) had a minibus for 2 of us, very informative on route and would highly recommend plus we received a Beer, Water & a Pastry too!

Excellent Service - We booked an Airport transfer, from our Hotel in downtown Krakow, because we were a group of five and also because we had to leave our Hotel at 04:30 in the morning. The normal prize is 100 zl. but because of the early pick up it cost an additional 30 zl. Our driver texted us the night before that he was our driver and that he would be there at the appointed hour which he was. The vehicle was a mini van with seating for eight and plenty of room for luggage. Overall we were very impressed with the service provided and we would not hesitate to use Thousand Miles again in future.
