- Panstwowe Muzeum Auschwitz-Birkenau - First, you will visit Auschwitz I and join an English tour led by a museum guide for about 2 hours. Then, you will be transferred to Auschwitz II-Birkenau, approximately 2 km away, where you will spend about an hour with the same guide. After visiting Auschwitz II-Birkenau, you will have time to enjoy our freshly prepared lunchboxes, which include chicken pasta salad, a sandwich, a sweet bar, fruit, and water. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options are available upon request. Please note any special dietary requirements in your booking.
- Wieliczka Salt Mine - In the second part of the day, you will be transferred to the Wieliczka Salt Mine, one of the oldest operational salt mines in the world, having produced salt for over 700 years. You will join an English guided tour at 4 pm or 5 pm, depending on road conditions. The guide will take you up to 140 meters underground for a 2.5-hour journey along a 2.5-km tourist route filled with chambers featuring stunning salt carvings and statues.

This tour allows you to explore two of Poland’s key UNESCO World Heritage sites — Auschwitz-Birkenau and the Wieliczka Salt Mine — all in a single day. It may require an early start, but you’ll be able to tour Auschwitz-Birkenau, the infamous Nazi concentration camp, and delve into the depths of the Salt Mine, and still return to Krakow for your evening meal.
- Please note that the maximum size of bags and backpacks allowed to carry on the Museum grounds is 30 x 20 x 10 cm. You can always leave your belongings inside the bus which will be parked nearby.
- Please note that this tour is not available on: 25th of December, 1st of January, Easter Saturday afternoon, Easter Sunday and March of the Living Day.
- Please note that to reach the first level of the mine (64 meters underground), You have to descent a wooden stairway which has 378 stairs. After the tour, You will be taken up to the surface with a lift.
- Temperature in the Salt Mine is approximately 14 degrees C (57 degrees F), please wear warm clothes and comfortable shoes.

Well worth your time and respect - The guide was very knowledgeable and provided good insight into that time. Auschwitz-Birkenau a very somber experience.
The salt mine was truly remarkable.

Tiring (15,000 steps) but... - Tiring (15,000 steps) but almost overwhelming. Driver got us where we needed to go on time with little fuss.

Great way to see two locations in one day! - I would highly recommend this tour to others. The van picked us up right at our hotel. It was a small group tour, the drivers were friendly and efficient. They got us into Auschwitz before the larger crowds.

The best ways to visit both places at the same day! - We had a wonderful experience! They pick up and drop point was very convenient, everything was beautifully organized for both events and the guides were excellent! I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to visit both places at the same day, with an informative guide!

Overall great experience and well worth the trip - Such a great day! Our driver was Michael and he was 10/10. We were a little worried that it was going to be emotionally tough going to the salt mine after Auschwitz but we had an hour 20 min ride to get there so we were able to nap and reset our emotion. Michael was eager to answer any questions we had and was so welcoming and sweet. The bus we took was nice and spacious too! Excellent day, well worth the money!

Well organised - Well organised and informative guides. Thomasz our driver gave us clear instructions of how the days activities would go including how long each was. Lunch was nice we got a sandwich, a chicken pasta, chocolate bar and water which was plenty. Overall a good well organised trip, I would recommend.

Emotional but long - First half of trip. Good guide. Salt mine too long, but good guide. Lunch: Good gf salad. 2 large apples was a bit odd. Also chocolate WAFER biscuit included which could not possibly be gluten free.

Bad - The operator didn’t even turn up to pick us up, never use Mr.Shuttle again, please avoid, totally unproffesional, terrible service.
