- Mr.Shuttle Tours & Transfers Krakow - Pickups occur between 6:00 and 7:30, depending on your accommodation and our schedule. The exact pickup time is confirmed via text and email the day before the tour. The tour accommodates a maximum of 30 participants. During the trip, a documentary about the history of the Nazi concentration camps will be shown.
- Panstwowe Muzeum Auschwitz-Birkenau - First, you will visit Auschwitz I and join an English tour led by a museum guide for about 2 hours. Then, you will be transferred to Auschwitz II-Birkenau, approximately 2 km away, where you will spend about an hour with the same guide. After visiting Auschwitz II-Birkenau, you will have time to enjoy our freshly prepared lunchboxes, which include chicken pasta salad, a sandwich, a sweet bar, fruit, and water. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options are available upon request. Please note any special dietary requirements in your booking.
- Wieliczka Salt Mine - In the second part of the day, you will be transferred to the Wieliczka Salt Mine, one of the oldest operational salt mines in the world, having produced salt for over 700 years. You will join an English guided tour at 4 pm or 5 pm, depending on road conditions. The guide will take you up to 140 meters underground for a 2.5-hour journey along a 2.5-km tourist route filled with chambers featuring stunning salt carvings and statues.

Pressed for time but still want to see Krakow’s top attractions? This tour allows you to explore two of Poland’s key UNESCO World Heritage sites — Auschwitz-Birkenau and the Wieliczka Salt Mine — all in a single day. It may require an early start, but you’ll be able to tour Auschwitz-Birkenau, the infamous Nazi concentration camp, and delve into the depths of the Salt Mine, and still return to Krakow for your evening meal.
- Please note that the maximum size of bags and backpacks allowed to carry on the Museum grounds is 30 x 20 x 10 cm. You can always leave your belongings inside the bus which will be parked nearby.
- Please note that this tour is not available on: 25th of December, 1st of January, Easter Saturday afternoon, Easter Sunday and March of the Living Day.
- Please note that to reach the first level of the mine (64 meters underground), You have to descent a wooden stairway which has 378 stairs. After the tour, You will be taken up to the surface with a lift.
- Temperature in the Salt Mine is approximately 14 degrees C (57 degrees F), please wear warm clothes and comfortable shoes.

Overall great experience and well worth the trip - Such a great day! Our driver was Michael and he was 10/10. We were a little worried that it was going to be emotionally tough going to the salt mine after Auschwitz but we had an hour 20 min ride to get there so we were able to nap and reset our emotion. Michael was eager to answer any questions we had and was so welcoming and sweet. The bus we took was nice and spacious too! Excellent day, well worth the money!

I'd use again! - Mr Shuttle were really efficient, polite and the trip was seamless. Cannot fault anything at all from pick up to drop off. Lunch was more than expected too!

Great company! - We were picked up at 06:10 outside of our apartment in a lovely clean, air condition vehicle, the driver was friendly and informative.
The guide who took us around the camps was great at keeping everyone engaged with lots of facts. She made an emotional experience not so daunting but, in a very respectful way.
We were given lunch and my partner forgot to inform them that I was vegetarian, the lunch was a pasta bowl, a sandwich (both contained meat), plus an apple, chocolate bar, gum and a bottle of water. The driver went out of his way to swap my pasta and sandwich for a salad bowl, which was really good of him and much appreciated.
The last stop was the Salt mine and again we had a very informative guide. It was a fascinating trip. Overall the three museums/places were interesting and we couldn’t fault the company. I’d highly recommend!

A very good day - A very sad but interesting tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau, our tour guide was very informative.
The Wieliczka salt mine visit was much more than I had expected, and our guide was again very informative and had a funny sense of humour.

Emotional but long - First half of trip. Good guide. Salt mine too long, but good guide. Lunch: Good gf salad. 2 large apples was a bit odd. Also chocolate WAFER biscuit included which could not possibly be gluten free.
