Our review is about our trip to Krakow zoo which we thoroughly enjoyed - We were picked up on time, was kept informed about everything. Our driver was very friendly and gave us lots of advice on other things of interest as well as our zoo trip we were on.

Zoo guy 😊 - Zoo was amazing. Olaf was a great guy very friendly very informative easy to go well telling us about the history of Poland and the Second World War so a brilliant guy we all enjoyed the experience thank you for having us.

Excellent trip, fantastic driver and a very easy and smooth experience :) - We enjoyed our trip to Krakow zoo, we got some fabulous photos and saw lots of great animals our Driver was fantastic and gave us tips and recommendations for our entire stay here, we are very gutted that we already have our other trips booked through another company and If we are to come again we will 100% be booking through Thousand Miles directly. Best guide, and zoo also - Our day started by Olaf (our guide) sending me a message of himself to show us who we were looking for when we were getting collected. Olaf opened the doors, he interacted with us the entire journey and was genuinely interested in what we had to say. He asked us about where we're from and some other things. He sent me a zoo map and a list of feeding times whilst we were in the zoo. Olaf told us to message him if we wanted to leave early, he offered us raincoats as it began to rain when we arrived at the zoo. Afterwards, we asked him if he could leave us off somewhere else to allow us to do some sightseeing, get lunch and visit some places. This was no problem. He messaged me with a list of recommendations for restaurants (as well as a personal recommendation for Pierogi, which we took and it was amazing), attractions and things to do & see. Olaf was extremely helpful and even told us to message him if we needed help with anything whilst we were staying in Kraków

Great tour and Guide - Mark is a great guy. Pick me up from pick up point and straight to the zoo. He really great with communication with you and advice about tours around krakow. He is really a awesome guy. Definitely recommend him to my friends.

Zoo trip - Marek was a top guy! picked us up took us to the zoo which was fantastic 10/10. Very friendly and helpful always there to answer any questions! Communication before your trip was also excellent, no hanging around wondering where to go!

Slightly disappointing but okay. - The zoo its self was okay. The trip allows you 4 hours to see the zoo and ‘all it has to offer’ The zoo can quite easily be done in 2/3 hours and the food (if you can call it that) is basically just crisps and drinks. No proper food. They also advertised animal feeding although this was non existent despite booking the early tour to be able to do this so not too impressed here. I would also say this is the best time too as it gets INCREDIBLY busy. Just don’t bank on being able to feed the animals! Overall I’d give the zoo a 3 out of 5 stars. Not terrible but not the best either.
