A very informative History lesson - So I throughly enjoyed the visit even though it wasn’t what I thought it was going to be. Expected the lay out of the factory. Having said that the history lesson was excellent & the tour guide really knew her stuff & was passionate about it. Though the cost was a little steep as I had been out on a full day excursion for the same price Still glad I did it & would recommend it

Well worth a guided tour - Tour guide was very informative and helped make this a meaningful experience. Highly recommend a guided tour. Museum has lots of information about the Nazis and their impact on this area of the country. She helped bring it to life.

Schindlers museum - We were advised to do it independently not on a tour and that was good advice. We got a tram down from Old Town for pln4.00 (80p) but you could easily walk it. pln40.00 (£8) to get in. We spent over 2.5 hours in there emersing ourselves in wartime Krakow. Don’t miss (easy to do) the cinema film that is quite early on in your route through (3 of his workers talking about him and life in the factory and town) We could see guided tours being rushed through with no time to take it all in

Informative tour - We really learned a lot on our tour. I guide did an amazing job keeping a good pace through the museum pointing out the highlights and explaining the timeline of events for that time in history.

Great experience - This was a fantastic tour. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She even took the time to answer some questions after the tour was finished. The only issue I had was the size of the group. We had 20 people and honestly it was a bit too large. But, it wasn’t enough for me to downgrade the rating. The guide was prompt and on time. The headsets worked flawlessly. The sound was very good. I’m very comfortable in recommending this tour to anyone interested.

Schindlers Factory - Well this visit didnt exactly turn out to be what you think it might be. The location might be where the original factory was but we got 90minutes of Krakow 's experience of the second world war. The whole exhibit is a walk through of the times and experiences of locals especially the jews from 1939 to 1945 with a mere few minutes of Oscar Schindler and his factory. There were far too many in the group and you simply dont have time to look at any of the exhibits in detail let alone read the information about them. Our guide was excellent and very knowledgable but hardly anything about Schindler. At the end you go past the original factory gates hidden behind glass doors and hardly a mention. Overall very dissapointed but thats just my opinion.

Dissappointed - Today 8th December '25, hundreds of people queueing on pavement to enter in Schindler's factory! After 2.40 minutes freezing in the line moving at a much slower than that of a tortoise pace, we gave up & returned to our hotel. Well DISORGANIZED !!!
