Very informative - Very informative tour. What you are really touring is a museum as the factory itself was moved to the Czech Republic towards the end of WW2. The factory structure still exists but it's now an art museum, in which you would have to pay a fee to enter. I don't think that's necessary are the tour was informative enough. Our guide was excellent.

Very knowledgeable Guide - The guide was very knowledgeable and spoke perfect English. She spoke with passion about the events she was describing and brought it to life for the tour. The tour was well laid out and followed an order of events which made it easier to follow. Would recommend

BEYOND EXPECTATIONS - INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! This is a MUST DO TOUR. Our guide was like a history professor and created a narrative of historical events that drew us into the timeline and tragic events which unfolded. I will never forget this tour.

Dacă salvezi o viață, salvezi o lume! - Our guide Helen, was the best! 💐 She was part of the whole story. A remarkable, prepared and sensitive woman. The location of the factory, everything that was created for tourists, take us to the world of pain, in a time when the Jewish man had nothing.

Museum on the life of the Jews from 1939 to 1945 ...of the famous Schindler factory some memorabilia, filmed with testimony - If like me you think to find a museum related to Schindler's factory you will be disappointed, apart from the desk with a picture of him on horseback there is little else, it is mostly a museum (very well done) on the condition of the Jews in Poland from 1939 to 1945. It is certainly, from this point of view interesting and well structured, rich in images, footage and settings Absolutely recommended for context. Useful information : Tickets can be taken earlier online but do not entitle you to priority admission, if they are sold out on the site are available at the ticket office (we took them locally). Monday free. Parking: in the area we had no difficulty.

Somewhat disappointing. Incorrect title 'factory visit' - Somewhat disappointing. We had a 'skip the line' but had to wait a while for the guide to arrive... The guide did her best in English but was very difficult to understand at times. It was busy and hot. And actually the biggest disappointment for us was that apart from a desk, there is actually nothing visible of the factory as such. It is now an (interesting) museum. However, our 'factory' visit had given us the expectation of still being able to see the 'factory' as such (even if only in part).

Disappointed - Had to wait outside for over an hour before the agent arrived with our tickets. Once inside, quite disappointing, a lot of information about WW2 but not much information about Oscar Schindler. There was only a bit at the end of the tour. We had no guide on this tour.

Packed like sardines. - The museum was a good experience. The tour groups were way too big. There were so many things we didn’t get to look at, photos and displays because they were in such a hurry to get through. The tour guide was good and he was just doing his job. I wouldn’t recommend taking a tour through Viator for this museum.

Extremely Disappointing - We foud this establishment extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, dangerous. We were adviswd that there was no need to prebook but when we turned up there was no organisation in place. Whilst there are lots of exhibits relating to the German occuption of Poland all the signs in Polish were quite large whilst the English text were very small. There is no obvious way to follow and what signage there was was very small. In fact, in order to leave I had to find a member of staff to get directions.
