Excellent Tour, but not what we expected - The tour was well structured and the guide was incredibly informative. When we booked the tour, we expected to be shown around Schindler's factory, but this was not the case. The tour is a chronological walk through the museum, taking us through the timeline of Russian and German occupation of Krakow during World War 11. The tour guide went into explicit detail of how the city was taken and how this impacted on the Polish people. There was a section of the tour, that focused on Oscar Schindler, but the tour was much more than. It was very informative and I felt that we learned so much about the journey that the city of Krakow went through during World War 11 and beyond Thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend this tour to anyone

Eye opening - Great insight into the war from start to finish and how one person stood up to the Nazi's. While the actual tour does not centre on Oscar and his contribution it does give great insight into what people had to put up with during this dark period. The live props, pictures and uniforms etc were very appropriate and the guide had great knowledge as we worked through the tour.

The atrocities that occurred in Poland during WWII - This was an excellent tour although we were told by our guide that the tour was not primarily about Arthur Schindler. Rather, the tour begins chronologically prior to the start of WWII and ends after liberation. Lots of historical artifacts in the museum and we learned a lot about not only what happened to the Jewish people in Poland at that time but all Polish people. We were left with a much better understanding of Poland and her people by the end of the tour. Would highly recommend.

A Must See. - If you'd seen the film which was quite moving, this visit to the actual factory is a must. Excellent guide will take you all around the factory museum and explain facts about Oscar swindler that maybe you don't know. Great guide, great musem, well worth the entry fee.

Schindlers factory visit - This museum is an interesting and informative place in what happened. For kids I would say it’s important to see but the content is quite sad.

Even better than expected - We expected to hear only of Schindler's work but the tour covered the Nazi invasion through to the Soviet time withthe tale of Schindler and the Pharmacy interwoven. Our guide had grandparents who were involved which amde it a more personal experience too. The only thing that stopped this being a 5 star review was the intrusive background sound effects and feedback on the audio if too close to the guide but the content was indeed 5 star

Schindler's Factory WWII museum - General WWII museum based in Schindler's old factory. You have to watch the videos to learn the most about Schindler during the tour.

Rushed - The tour guide was easy to find and on time. She was knowledgeable. The tour felt rushed though and we didn’t get to see and read/interact with the exhibit.
