Schindler's Factory - Absolutely amazing experience at Schindlers Factory. Our tour guide was exceptional and was so engaging. He really made his stories come alive and we learnt so much. The factory itself is very insightful and was focused around Krakow during the second world war. Couldn't recommend this tour and our guide enough.

Tour guide was great - The tour guide we had for our visit was excellent, very passionate about the history and engaging with the group throughout the tour. We learnt a lot more about the history of WW2 and specifically how this affected Poland.

Great experience - Had a great experience here. We didn’t realise but we had booked onto a tour and I am so glad we did. The tour guide was lovely with a great sense of humour and told us stories from WW2 and Nazi occupation that we did not know and explained the inaccuracies of the film “Schindlers List” while giving factual information. The stories about Nazis and their behaviours were exceptionally disturbing and horrifying but well worth knowing. I won’t tell you them so you can hear it for yourself. Thoroughly enjoyed this tour. There are a lot of steps though so be prepared - I walk with a stick but our guide was patient and waited for me to get to where they were before explaining each part. Thank you so much for such a brilliant experience!

Guided tour - Quite a disappointing experience. There were too many people in the group therefore the people at the back couldn’t see or hear what the guide was talking about as very narrow corridors. We seemed to be rushed around with many areas missed out and not given time to read the information. If I was asked I would almost certainly say do an individual tour as you can progress at your own pace and take in the many photographs and written work.

Don't waste your money - They Only seem in it for the money. We paid for a Guided tour which was supposed to be a line skip. It wasn't whilst we saw hundreds of people, school trips and those who paid on the morning go in, we were kept waiting for 20 minutes past our allotted time. When we finally went in, it was hot, stuffy and claustrophobic. The exhibits were mainly photographs in the beginning and had been set out in a timeline. We were pushed past, our way was blocked many times and the factory was set out in narrow, hot, corridors. You couldn't breathe in there. We decided to leave our group and make our way through on our own, Only stopping a few times to try and read or photograph something of interest. We made our way through this labyrinth, wondering what on earth would happen if a fire broke out. Don't waste your money. Many more things to see in Krakow for the same price or cheaper than this. It needs a re think.
