Dacă salvezi o viață, salvezi o lume! - Our guide Helen, was the best! 💐 She was part of the whole story. A remarkable, prepared and sensitive woman. The location of the factory, everything that was created for tourists, take us to the world of pain, in a time when the Jewish man had nothing.

Highly recommend the guided tour. - Lots of very clear, factual interesting information. The tour guide was brilliant. The only thing I didn’t like was that it felt rushed. It would have been nice to have had time to explore each area for a minutes independently rather than just listening to the guide and moving straight on. Was also frustrating that you can visit without a guide and keep having to move aside whilst trying to listen.

Bad times - Life of Jews in Poland during World War Two. There needed to be more on Schlinder himself and his ability to protect the Jews.

Historic - We came with the mind set on Shindlers story. But it was mainly a museum about the history of poland from their independance to the second world war. A very small part was about shindler. Interesting tho.

Somewhat disappointing. Incorrect title 'factory visit' - Somewhat disappointing. We had a 'skip the line' but had to wait a while for the guide to arrive... The guide did her best in English but was very difficult to understand at times. It was busy and hot. And actually the biggest disappointment for us was that apart from a desk, there is actually nothing visible of the factory as such. It is now an (interesting) museum. However, our 'factory' visit had given us the expectation of still being able to see the 'factory' as such (even if only in part).

Disappointed - Had to wait outside for over an hour before the agent arrived with our tickets. Once inside, quite disappointing, a lot of information about WW2 but not much information about Oscar Schindler. There was only a bit at the end of the tour. We had no guide on this tour.

Bit rushed. Not a lot of time to absorb material. - Hearing about Under The Eagle pharmacy. The factory trip was a bit rushed and although it was an English tour booked, the guides English was 'broken' and difficult to understand at times.

Too crowded - The museum has a very good history of WW2 in this area, in pictures and words that guide you through the story. The tour guide did a good job of leading us through. BUT the museum is SO crowded, it was all hard to see, and rushed. This is the kind of museum where you need to take time to absorb the many pictures and stores in the wall. It is just too crowded to do that

Bad planning by Viator. Good tour - We had changed the start time of our tour, and this was confirmed by Viator; but Viator did not notify the local operators. We showed up 15 min early. The local guide company initially refused admission to our group of 8, but finally allowed us to join their fully subscribed group. So we joined the group 20 min late, and the group was now too large for the small rooms of the museum. The tour was well done, but the group size was simply too large. This was Viator’s error, so we would request a partial refund.
