Excellent guide, very interesting and educational tour - Very good organsiation, on time, excellent guide. The only problem is that the rooms are quite small, somehow overcrowded with material and people, thus the group of some 25 was quite large and it was sometimes difficult to follow and to listen (but this is mainly due to the narrow museum rooms). We liked that the museum showed not only the story behind Schindler and his factory, but also the suffering of the Polish society in general.

Bad transport arrangements - The tours themselves were great, very informative etc. I booked 2 tours for the same day, back to back. The 1st was visiting the salt mine in the morning and that went very well. The 2nd tour was the Schindler Factory and there was a gap of less than an hour and they were supposed to drop me at Schneider factory. Instead the tour bus dropped us in the middle of no where (later found to be 800m from the actual location) and to make matter worst, the driver pointed us towards the exact opposite direction to the factory. One very good things about all the ordinary Poles I met, they are all super friendly and helpful to strangers and they pointed me towards the right direction.

Interesting, but could be better arranged - Missed out on this trip the 1st time in Krakow so had to try it Having watched the film, the'museum' didn't really show the conditions and the actual factory is now turned over to another museum, all the equipment got shipped out, with 1 non-contemporary piece as an exhibit... it was more of a selection of presentations. The corridors are so narrow and the groups are too big for everyone to hear the commentary, although the guide was extremely knowledgeable. Great piece of history but far better visiting the camp trips for a more vivid experience.

A good tour spoilt by poor spoken English - I’m sure I would have rated this tour at five stars had our guide’s spoken English been intelligible. He clearly knew his stuff but he failed to communicate it effectively.

Rushed and couldn’t hear - Really interesting but we felt it was really rushed crammed together and we couldn’t hear the guide. Head sets are needed for those at the back . Too much information to read before being moved onto the next stage . Worth the queue jump but would have done it on our own for a better experience .

Disappointing displays and interactive bits didn’t all work - Disappointed as felt the museum portrayed the wrong tone to the historical events it exhibits. Expected more about Schindler himself and the factory. Hadn’t realised that it wasn’t actually in the old factory building.

Tour disappointing Tour guide rushed and not concerned with group at all. - Very disappointed with tour guide. The museum it self looked amazing but the guide rushed us through each section so fast totally skipping some areas. She spoke too fast that we struggled to understand what she was saying and English is my first language. She wouldn’t stay in one place long enough for us to look at pictures for more than a few seconds and wouldn’t wait for the whole group to move to the next section before starting talking. When we asked her to wait for everyone to get here to listen she was very rude. The group was too large if she couldn’t wait. Total waste of money better value paying the 36zl (£7) and doing the tour yourself lots of information on the walls to read.

Don't go with Guide, go yourself! - Too large groups in the narrow corridors of the museum. You didn't hear anything told unless you were in the front row. We thought we would hear more about Schindler but most of it was about World War II in Poland. Poorly signposted by the rooms so you didn't know what they were really about. Absolutely not worth 525 SEK for two people. Go without Guide and watch the movie Schindler’s List.
