Disappointed - Was ok but I'd of liked to see the shop floor etc, there was to many groups so it was rushed, I'd go alone next time, guide was ok but couldn't hear her.

Disappointed - Too crowded. No headphones. Couldn’t take good pictures. Would prefer sitting in a room and being shown pictures with commentary

Large tour group - The group was too large for such small rooms, making it difficult to hear the guide and awkward with other visitors squeezing by. The information the tour guide gave was great. Just too large a group!

Too fast trip and no time to see the exhibition. - The trip was generally very informative and exciting. The score of three stars is due to the fact that the trip all in all seemed very hasty with a guide who spoke too fast. There was no time to see the exhibition as we were going through quickly. I would not recommend this trip to anyone. So rather see the exhibition yourself so it can be taken at a normal pace.

Bad transport arrangements - The tours themselves were great, very informative etc. I booked 2 tours for the same day, back to back. The 1st was visiting the salt mine in the morning and that went very well. The 2nd tour was the Schindler Factory and there was a gap of less than an hour and they were supposed to drop me at Schneider factory. Instead the tour bus dropped us in the middle of no where (later found to be 800m from the actual location) and to make matter worst, the driver pointed us towards the exact opposite direction to the factory. One very good things about all the ordinary Poles I met, they are all super friendly and helpful to strangers and they pointed me towards the right direction.

Interesting, but could be better arranged - Missed out on this trip the 1st time in Krakow so had to try it Having watched the film, the'museum' didn't really show the conditions and the actual factory is now turned over to another museum, all the equipment got shipped out, with 1 non-contemporary piece as an exhibit... it was more of a selection of presentations. The corridors are so narrow and the groups are too big for everyone to hear the commentary, although the guide was extremely knowledgeable. Great piece of history but far better visiting the camp trips for a more vivid experience.

Average tour - If your looking to learn about schindlers factory then you will learn more watching the film. The museum is disappointing,it’s more about the war. The factory dosent get mentioned much. We were in a group lead by a guide. Most of us couldn’t hear her as the rooms in the museum are really small so you can’t fit in. So you don’t know what’s happening. Other groups got ear pieces but our group didn’t. There is lots of photos from the war on the walls but you don’t get to stop and see them because it’s really busy your moved along before you get a chance to look. After 20 minutes with the guide we left the group and went round on our own as we couldn’t hear her anyway.

Terrible guide, Terrible Experience - We had great expectations but sadly were let down by a terrible tour guide that was not fluent in English and lacked basic tour guiding skills. Also, SeeKrakow allowed nearly 30 visitors on a single tour in an environment totally unsuited to large groups. Four would possibly be a maximum given the cramped environment. The guide started speaking well before her group squeezed in to hearing distance and pointed to objects outside the vision of any but the four people closest to her. The museum is partly to blame for allowing such large groups into a totally unsuitable environment but SeeKrakow was clearly more concerned with maximising revenue rather than creating a positive visitor experience. I bailed out after 20 minutes.

Avoid Headout guided tours - Very disappointing experience. We booked an English guided tour with Headout for 600zlt, no child rates available. Our guide had extremely limited English and similarly, demonstrated an extremely limited knowledge of the history. The tour was so bad we left after 20mins and were followed by other members of the tour. I contacted Headout immediately after the tour to describe our experience and again, was very disappointed by their complete disregard for their customers' experience and they even tried to deny what had happened!! I would definitely not recommend booking a guided tour with Headout and I respectfully suggest that TripAdvisor do not recommend Headout guided tours either.

Tour disappointing Tour guide rushed and not concerned with group at all. - Very disappointed with tour guide. The museum it self looked amazing but the guide rushed us through each section so fast totally skipping some areas. She spoke too fast that we struggled to understand what she was saying and English is my first language. She wouldn’t stay in one place long enough for us to look at pictures for more than a few seconds and wouldn’t wait for the whole group to move to the next section before starting talking. When we asked her to wait for everyone to get here to listen she was very rude. The group was too large if she couldn’t wait. Total waste of money better value paying the 36zl (£7) and doing the tour yourself lots of information on the walls to read.
