Excellent tour - I thought the knowledge of the guide was excellent and gave a different perspective on the plant and Oscar as we had watched Schindlers List and had a romanised picture of events

Informative place ... - This is a treasure trove of information and our guide, Ewa, made our journey easy. She highlighted the important places and gave you time to look round. Some boards were translated to English but understandably not all. This is where Ewa gave us the information to understand the exhibition better, making the experience worthwhile. Our group of 6 is the right number, as in some places there's not much space. We visited early in the morning so not much people about. When we came out, the reception lobby is full of people waiting to go it, as well as outside the queue is also long. If planning a visit here, best to go early to avoid the crowd.

Stick close to the tour guide and pay a little more for the small group tour. - We booked this tour at short notice and so glad we did. It was a small group tour starting at 10am. It wasn't too busy at this time so we didn't feel rushed. Our guide (Eva/Ava? sorry!) was so knowledgeable and her English was perfect. She waited at each point for the group to gather before talking. In addition to Oskar Schindler, the talk includes life and conditions in the ghetto (where the factory is), and a history of Krakow.

Great history of the Polish Holocaust - Ewa was one of the most knowledgeable tour guides we’ve encountered. And her personal connections to the war and their stories just made the experience more unique.

Incredibly informative & well worth doing! - The private tour is so much more than just about Oskar Schindler. It covers the history of the German Occupation of Poland, the annexing of the Jews and finally the Holocaust. It is an incredibly informative tour and well worth doing.

Good tour but quite rushed - Good tour, not really about Schindler. Group too big and difficult to hear to guide as group spread out. Hearing device didn’t seem to work and the tour felt rushed. You might be better just wandering around yourself.

Our experience of this... - Our experience of this was non existence as the tour guide did not turn up. We contacted them after being left waiting to be told they would be there in 10 minutes. 10 minutes later they contacted us to say the tour guide would not be turning up.
