Superb Museum - Obviously, I had watched the film and knew the story of Schindler saving the Jews from extermination. The factory museum really covers the whole story of the invasion of Poland through to Schindler’s role. It was fascinating and so cleverly created to maintain interest for nearly 2 hours. We self guided our tour and paid the equivalent of £20 for two family members on the day. We had a little wait in the afternoon before we started the tour, but it was fine. The benefits of the tour are definitely an understanding of what happened in Poland to greater clarity about the ghettos and the persecution of the Jews. Schindler was clearly a complex individual and I still struggle to really understand his motives, however, I can see why he was respected in his support of the Jews. A valuable and informative day out which put faces behind the names. I would definitely encourage a visit to the factory museum.

It's not all about Schindler - Our excellent guide spoke about the history of Krakow & Poland both before WW2, during & after. Therefore the tour was so much more than Schindler.

A great museum - My daughter and I spent just over 2 hours in the museum but we could have easily spent longer! It's a pity that the ticket doesn't allow you to leave and come back. The museum is not just about the Holocaust but Krakow's experience of the build up to World War 2 and its duration. There is a lot to read and listen to and some excellent photographs and exhibits. Everything is in Polish and English. It had been researched and presented really well. It is definitely worth including on a trip to Krakow.

Worthwhile tour whilst in Krakow - The ‘factory’ was full of very interesting memorabilia and one came away with a greater understanding of how the people of Krakow lived (or died) during the war. Our guide Damian was full of interesting anecdotes and was very knowledgeable.

Unbelievable! What the citizens of Krakow endured! - Lucy was our guide. She was very knowledgeable and informative. The Tour opened our eyes about what Kraków’s citizens, both Jewish and non- Jewish lived through and experienced in WWII. And then after the war, 45 years of Soviet communism! Unbelievable tour and way, way more insights than just Oskar Schindler.

Pre book a ticket but worth the wait - Hadn’t pre booked a ticket and wish we had, so had to queue for about 45 minutes. Well worth it though. It follows a timeline as you walk through, so much information to read, so take time. Very informative how life changed. Only problem I had was the red lights as you walk through the first section and the very bouncy floor in quite a dark area. Staff were friendly and helpful. shop has sold out of English guides.

Well presented and informative. - Walked from just outside the old town to venue. Just over 30 minutes. It is another must on a trip to Krakow. Not to busy today but would expect in summer months much busier.

Worth a visit. - Staff rude ignorant and genuinely unpleasant. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, even able to discuss grand parents memories, involvement of those awful times. Staff even rude to her. I was shocked how they spoke to her, she said it was daily. Well worth a visit.

Disappointing - Disappointing. We had a guided tour, didn’t really go much into Schindler and the story. Only really focused on him in the last 5 minutes and didn’t really explain much. The museum is in the office building of Schindlers factory and the main factory is still standing but used for other businesses now. Pricing of ticket was reasonable. I would have lied for there to have been more about Schindler and the people he saved.

Not interesting muzeum just onother touristik place - It was not any different or interesting museum comparing with other war or Jewish museums in Europe or in Greece. Many photos, posters, swastikas, personal belongings of people under the Nazi occupation, in a narrow corridor that leads the flow of your visit. If you feel uncomfortable in narrow space it is not for you. Nothing well organized or new to see about the WWII. If it is your first war museum of course you must visit this museum.
