Informative and well organised tour - Our female guide was brilliant. Explained life in Krakow, the Ghetto and Schindler’s involvement in a very compassionate way including links to her own families history. Used individual names in the exhibition to make it very relatable. Her English was excellent and very easy to understand. Thank you.

Must see, especially for non Jews - Oh my God. For people who love to deny especially, they must see this. Great history on a horrible event. Now I understand when Jews say never again. Very informative and moving. We did not do a guided tour and I believe self guided is sufficient. So much info, and for those who comment that too much, better too much than too little. We skipped around a bit and still got most of this terrible story.

Go before Auschwitz Tour. Very informative - Superb guide, very passionate and informative. Well laid out given the space. If you book a tour do not queue up like we did outside. Go to the front. Avoid the Summer peak time if you want to slowly browse and read as very busy and popular. Great informative museum. Go before Auschwitz

Schindlers factory....well not quite!! - Expect to be busy. Guided tours by the bucket load. No time to stop and absorb the exhibits and information. Guides are good.

Crowded and too busy - Was a Saturday and very crowded. I'm a bit disappointed, and I felt rushed towards the end. Would like to go again on a quieter day to fully appreciate the history.

Not what we were expecting - It’s not the actual factory it’s the office block with World War 2 exhibition in it. You get to see Schindler’s office but that’s it. Our guide rushed us around and we never had anytime to look at anything.

Good experience with a well elaborated cultural and historal background - The exhibition was great. I love learning about the context and history around the story. The museum did a great job to show the story around the Nazi and Soviet occupation of Poland, the lives of the Jows, and the roll Schlinder played a role in all of that. There was a long wait outside to buy the individual tickets. The museum could improve the online ticket experience, improve the communication about the waiting times, and provide shade or cover for people waiting outside.

Rushed with a guide. - Guide was very informative but tour was so rushed ! we hardly looked at any of the items in the different rooms. You don’t go into the factory you are just taken round the administrative offices of the factory.

Swerve! - Total waste of money. Very crowded. Grumpy doorman. Reiterates most of Auschwitz story. Not necessarily all about Schindler.
