Great tour, buy tickets beforehand - very well done museum, worth visiting to learn more about ww2 in Krakow. It's important to buy tickets beforehand, the line is never ending!

Schindler's Factory - Krakow, Poland - The museum was a reminder of what happened. It made me aware of the suffering that people endured before and during the war.

Schindler's Factory Ticket with Skip the Line - The museum is a must visit. Absolutely! The tickets from Viator were delivered to us 1 day in advance via whatsapp which is very convenient. The communication to the tickets provider was very easy, via whatsapp. Any issue/question was answered and solved in less than 1 minute. 5*

Visit to Schlinders Factory - All of it, can’t pick just one part, it was all very interesting . Got a bit crowded as there was quite a few tours going on

Great experience allow several hours to make the most of it. - Great tour a lot of information to take in, I will come back as I’m sure I missed a lot. Book in advance to secure tickets as they can sell out. Staff very helpful, coffee shop onsite as well as lockers for backpacks.

Book in advance - I am glad I booked my visit in advance given the size of the queue when I arrived. The museum is excellently arranged and I got a lot more out of it than I thought

History factory used as museum - Glad to have visited this historic site. We learned a lot more of the tragedies and developments during World War II. The factory is situated across the river. Note that this is mainly a dedication to the War with little on the actually factory itself.

Schindlers Factory tour - We learnt a lot from our visit to Schindlers Factory. There is lots of information about the history of Jewish people in Krakow. We skipped the long line of people standing in the sun lining up for tickets. We'll worth it.

Worth visiting, no audio guide so might want to do a guided tour - Sense of sadness, found parts emotional. Not a quick tour , you need a good two hours to do justice .

No one turned up seen nothing - We waited in 95 degrees heat until 3.15 when I paid for skip the line .. not one single person from krakow tours or viator turned up extremely upset as booked for a surprise 50th and didn't even get into the building we spent 26 pounds for nothing and 36 zlotty both ways in taxi fares absolutely disgrace as we searched and searched and asked everyone but no person on people at the door would let us in because your representative didn't SHOW .. really angry as I spent a lot of money on various trips and this was a complete shambles in the unforgivable sun heat . . Very very very let down and expect a refund as I've pictures outside the factory at 3 15 so I wouldn't tell lies we didn't get in my wife was very upset no emails nothing to say why krskow bookings didn't turn up .. skip the line pure nonsense as we didn't get in the factory and over 40 pounds down in fees and taxis ..very upset as the river boat cruise was great but this no show is a nightmare
