Interesting but a bit chaotic - The whole exhibition is fascinating but the experience of guided groups mixing with independent visitors doesn't work well, much too crowded.

Very informative tour through a great museum - Very informative tour through the museum. Not so much focus on Schindler but Poland and Krakow in general during the war. There was a lot to see which we did not have the time for. One could go back and walk through the museum at own pace. The museum itself is beautiful and the exhibition is very well made.

Insight to krakow and Schindler - Really great insight into the history of WW2 in Poland krakow in particular. Learned many things that I previously didn’t know which was a surprise

Great tour! - Our guide was knowledgeable and provided deep insights into the history of the Holocaust and Krakow during World War II. The museum itself was well-curated, offering a mix of exhibits that were both informative and emotional. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the space can feel a bit crowded at times, making it harder to fully absorb everything. Overall, it’s an important and educational tour that I highly recommend!

Interesting but very crowded - English tour guide was knowleable but the museum itself was very crowded, lots of narrow corridors with not best air quality. The exhibiyion itself was very informative mainly on the ghetto, though. we vidited sat morning, upon leaving there was a 50m queue outside.

Be prepared to wait and be in amongst tours, individuals and tours that are leaving - Very unorganised, too many people in small spaces! Individuals, tours all intermingling… it was chaos!!
The tour itself was a bit dissapointing as a lot of what was on display had no description of what it was.

Poor tour don’t bother - Very little information about mr Schindler himself and the tour guide even said he was nothing like the film portrayed and was completely opposite. The tour was very rushed and had no time to read the information on display, it was more about the invasion of the Second World War . I personally would not recommend this tour at all .
