Excellent - Great experience. Our guide was so informative. However on arrival it wasn't clear where we should go and when approaching the receptionist she grumpily informed us as it was a private tour we should wait outside.

Great tour - Great tour not only for movie enthusiasts but to learn about the history of Poland during the Second World War and obviously the plight of Jews especially. You need an English guide as much information not in English .

Slightly rushed and noisy at times. - Tour guide did very well to explain in detail the background information for Jewish settlement over the years in spite if the noise of ongoing building works.

Wouldn't have gone had we known it wasn't an actual factory tour showing how it was. - We were disappointed with this tour as it gives the feeling at first impression that you are visiting a factory as how it was. Well it isn't. Although it mentions all the persons saved during the war who worked there and has pics of them all on the walls as you walk in, it doesn't really go in to much detail about the factory itself and what was produced there, and has been turned in to a modern exhibition , not a museum of an old factory. Had we known it was going to be like it is, we would not have bothered. BEWARE of the taxi drivers outside, they wanted to charge 100 Zloty's to take us back to the main square. I ordered an Uber from my phone and it was there in minutes and I only paid 25.

Chaotic - The tour group was quite big, which made it difficult to keep up with the guide through fairly narrow corridors and spaces. On top of this, lots of other tours and visitors intermingled making it feel a bit chaotic at times. You are givem very little time to take in all the exhibits or to reflect. The tour guide provided a very general history of the wartime era in Krakow, but if you’re already aware of this and want a more detailed, thoughtful experience then a tour is not for you. I would strongly recommend just going along and paying to walk around yourself, because its all self explanatory and it will give you much more time to take everything in.
