The best ! - Honestly the best day that we’ve had and it was all thanks to our tour guide Thomas 😁 Thank you so much! We’ve had such a busy day with so much fun as well as learning so many new things. We visited the villages, tried traditional smoked cheese, snowmobiling, chair lifts and the thermal baths too! Thomas was so friendly, funny and welcoming. I couldn’t recommend enough booking this tour, it was the best :)

Amazing trip, very well... - Amazing trip, very well organised! Thomas was very friendly & knowledgable, an all-round fantastic tour guide! We had so much fun on the quad bikes, and the snow capped mountains were a beautiful backdrop. Thomas went out of his way to take us to an extra view point 1100m above sea level (due to lovely weather conditions) & we travelled down on a chair lift- it was fantastic. Overall we loved it, would definitely recommend.

My favourite trip - This trip was incredible! Thomas was an amazing host, who arrived on time for pick up in a lovely mini bus which made the journey very comfortable. Thomas shared facts and history during the drive which was great to learn more! We arrived at the wooden town and it was cool to see how they used to live. Followed by cheese tasting with a beautiful view! We then went quadbiking as there was not enough snow for snowmobiling but I think I enjoyed this more than I would have snowmobiling! The track was incredible, through rivers and beautiful scenery. The instructors were great and everyone could go at their own pace. Thomas added in an extra of going up to the highest view point which was breathing! He then kindly provided hot tea which went down a great! We then went off to the thermal baths which was much needed after all the walking this trip! I would highly highly recommend this tour!

10 of 10 experience for the quad biking alone - Firstly if I could rate this experience more stars I definitely would as the trip was a must do experience if you are travelling to Krakow. Thomas our tour guide and driver was very knowledgeable about the local area and the history around the wooden houses. He even WhatsApp messaged us the night previous with a full run down of the trip including times for pick up and information regarding the snow mobile. We already knew we had to pay 400PLN for rental, as it clearly advertised within the tour details. We were unfortunate with the weather as the snow wasn’t thick enough to rent a snow mobile and had to do the excursion using the quads. Again Thomas had explained this to us the night before so we already had an idea. We were initially disappointed with this as we booked the tour specifically for the snow mobiles however we feel we did not miss out at all on the experience. There was plenty of snow on the ground to get that winter wonderland experience. We drove through ditches, rivers and streams and had amazing view of the mountains covered in snow, it really was the best experience! The instructors where also very good with us as well giving us a full tutorial on how to use the quads, myself and my partner opted for a two seater quad and we swapped halfway through. We found the time in Zakopane could of been longer as by the time we found somewhere to eat it was already time to go back to the bus so didn’t get to explore the market stalls that we really wanted to do, but I suppose that was on us. The thermal baths was an experience, and really wasn’t us at all. We didn’t know what to expect really, it was very confusing and such a huge place. We opted to stay down stairs in the relaxation pools and saunas which was nice after a busy and long day. The upper floors where over crowded and packed which we didn’t like at all. Overall the excursion was worth it alone for the quad bikes, definitely look up weather and snow fall before booking as well if you want to experience the mountains in snowfall.

Quad Biking & Thermal Baths - Where do I start? You must book your trip with the guide Thomas. He was absolutely brilliant and made the trip x10 better by going the extra mile with everything and anything. He was very knowledgeable and was also very attentive to any questions you had to ask; his English was also very good, and it was easy to understand. Now onto the trip, the drive was very steady. We stopped off once before we visited the old huts & had the option to if anybody needed to stop. The huts were very interesting; we got to stay and look around. Also gained knowledge of the past, and we met the locals, which was awesome. The quad bikes (which is what we had to do, as there was not enough snow for snowmobiles), which was yet again well worth paying the extra 400 PLN for the views you get to see! 🏔️We drove across rivers, dirt, you name it; we drove through it. The guides also told stories of the animals that surrounded the areas and their experiences when out and about in the forests. We stopped off for photos; it was a very picturesque place. Then it was onto the cheese tasting, which was unreal. It was very much like halloumi, so if you like it, you're in for a treat. 🫶🏼 It also accompanied amazing views outside of the hut, and then we took a short drive down into the town of Zakopane for a bit of free time for food, which Thomas took the time out to take us to the areas that were the best places, then to the thermal baths, which were spectacular. They had an area with a swim-up bar and had jacuzzi areas in the pool, which was very relaxing. 🤤 Also a DJ! Well worth doing the trip & even better if Thomas is your guide.

100% would recommend! Highlight of trip to Krakow - I went with my friend on this trip on Sunday 19 January and it was such an amazing experience. Thomas and his colleague looked after the group so well. It started off with being picked up in Krakow and then taken down near Zakopane, where we stopped to get some cookies and hot drinks. Then we carried on our journey and stopped at a cute village where we visited a house which was built 200-300 years ago and laid out as it would have been at that time. Thomas was very educated in telling us about the structure of the wooden houses and how the wood stays so brightly coloured! We then did the snowmobiling which was a lot of fun and we got pictures and videos on them. Thomas was waiting for us at the van with some hot sweet tea once we were finished. After that, we stopped off at a little hut and got some traditional smoked cheese before heading off the the thermal pools. On the way to the thermal pool we stopped off at a viewing point to take in the view of the mountains which was stunning!! We had 3 hours at the thermal pools, then Thomas and his colleague took us back to Krakow. It was an amazing well spent day - so grateful to Thomas and his colleague for taking us out for the day. Would definitely recommend

Must do - Best activity we did by a country mile in krakow. Seems expensive but definitely worth the price. Driver is very friendly and doubles as a tour guide giving loads of information on the way. He also gave really good recommendations on what areas to go to and avoid at the thermal baths which saved us time if he had to figure it out ourselves. Genuinely couldn’t recommend more.

Best Day Ever - Wow this excursion was fantastic. Tomas our tour guide is the best. Very informative polite and professional. The whole day was planned perfectly from the start to the end. The pick up was on time in central Krakow then we drove for about an hour and a half to Zakopane. We stopped off at a cute coffee shop to use the rest room and get a drink then got back in the van. The van was very comfortable and warm with plenty of room. We then went to someone’s house / shop. A guy was making woodwork with his own hands which was pretty cool. We then headed to the mountains for snowmobiling. We rented one snowmobile and shared for 400 Zloty. This is worth it and so much fun if you’re an adrenaline junkie. We saw some amazing views and even stopped off at Slovakia which I made a snow angel. After about an hour or so the snowmobiling was finished but that was more than enough time. Tomas made us all a hot tea which was a nice touch as we was all cold from the snowmobiles. After this we headed to a house to find a lady making grilled cheese. Omg, this cheese was the best especially accompanied with the jam. I wanted more 😋 We then drove to another photo spot just before the sunset and it was the perfect view. We then went to Zakpane town centre, you wouldn’t even be able to imagine what to expect. Snow everywhere. Christmas lights, Music, children and their slays. Beautiful restaurants and bars. We had an hour to have a walk around and grab some food. Then finally after we headed to the thermal baths. Again, this did not dissapoint lovely spa very relaxing. We had approx 3 hours here. Only negative was the bus full of kids that arrived that must of had too much sugar as they was so loud but other than that we had the perfect day and that’s all thanks for our tour guide Tomas. Highly recommended you won’t regret it.

Amazing day out! - Fantastic day trip! Loved every part of it. So interesting with some history about Zakopane and the village. The snowmobiles were so good! Fun for all the family, incredible views and just a once in a lifetime experience. Thermal spa was lovely! It was very busy when we went but it was a polish holiday so I think this was why. Thomas our tour guide was great, he stopped off on the way at a lovely cafe so we could all use the toilet and grab a coffee. He was very easy going and made the trip. We would 100% recommend.
