Loved this tour! - My husband and I did this tour while on our honeymoon and it was wonderful. We were picked up and dropped off very close to our hotel. The driver was lovely bought us all sweets after Birkenau.
This company I would highly recommend and travel with again!

Bad organization - The program initially included Auswitz in the morning and the salt mine in the afternoon. The previous day they reversed the schedule, but in the afternoon they didn't pick us up to go to Auswitz, so we only did the excursion to the salt mine. They didn't offer us an alternative to reach Auswitz on the same day in a different way and they didn't even warn us that the schedule had been cancelled. They notified us only an hour after the appointment because I asked for information. Such an important excursion is managed differently. Disappointing organisation. I definitely won't recommend it.
