Excellent customer service - We did this tour 20 years ago and were excited to do it again with my sister and her husband. Unfortunately due to an emergency we had to leave Poland and had to cancel at last minute. They were very kind and understanding and they gave us a full refund. We will be back soon and will use this company for all the tours they have to offer.

A must see! - Absolutely amazing, the church at the bottom is fantastic, be careful if you don’t like enclosed spaces though but I throughly enjoyed it all.

Fast tour - The experience was wonderful except our 11:00 guide marched us much too fast between chambers and especially the long walk to the elevator. I was not the only one to complain about this. We were back to our starting point in 1 1/2 hours instead of the 2 as advertised. Otherwise she was knowledgeable and cordial.

Amazing guided tour - This trip was divided into two parts: • The tour of the mine itself which was excellent and recommended, • The travel to and from Krakow. Regarding the travel, the coach driver was superb reading the road situations really well. We were picked up by a taxi from our hotel and taken to a coach at another hotel. The young guide told us she was 'child minding' us until we got to the salt mine. However: • At the salt mine the instructions were not clear until we met our guide • On the way back the 'child minder' was busy on her computer and forgot to book a taxi back to our hotel so rather than wait we decided to walk. I would definitely recommend the tour and if it were not for the bored lackadaisical approach of the guide ion the coach this would have easily been a 5 star recommendation. Not sure I would recommend for young children as those in our group were bored.

Didn't fulfill our expectation - We joined the tour on the Easter Saturday afternoon. The place was way too crowded and we waited in front of the entrance under the sun for around 40 mins. After entering the salt mine, the tour was fun at the beginning but slowly getting boring. With 35+ people in our group, it was hard to see the object the commentate was talking about. Many times we needed to stop for around 5-10 mins in the tunnel and waited for other groups to pass by. In the end, we just wanted to get out of the site as soon as possible. Unfortunately, that was not possible because we needed to wait at each gate approaching the exit lift. Despite some of the marvelous underground chambers we have passed through, this tour turned to be very exhausting. Please be aware to avoid a visit on holidays.

SORRY... DO NOT CONTRACT ANYTHING WITH KRAKOW BOOKING. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR VACATIONS WITH NERVES. - Tickets purchased a month in advance for Auschwitz through Musement with a guide in Spanish. Until then everything is perfect. Being in Poland and less than 24 hours later I receive an email from Krakow Booking that there is no minimum number of people for Spanish and that they change me to an English guide for the next day. The next day I receive another email telling me that they have made the wrong date and that I have not answered, when I did answer, and that it was for the same day that I bought the tickets. I tell him that our level of English is not very good but oh well, we are there and we are not going to leave without seeing him, yes. I told him the same thing as in the previous email. Of course, I have a trip scheduled and I'm not going to spend all day answering emails, although I did. When you get there it is full of people and agencies. Where we are, in the luggage area, no one appears. Asking we see some Italians who have the same thing happening to them and we wait. It turns out that they are from another agency. Finally we see some Spaniards and they tell us how it more or less works but that their agency is different and is late. My partner, nervous and tired, and as the time approaches, he starts walking around and sees a couple in another place opposite who confirms that it is this company, the guide speaks English, and that they are late. In the end the group met somewhere else and we got our tickets and sticker. In sections like sheep with a new English-speaking guide who is very prim and fast. No time to take photos or stop because if you stop, other groups will catch you. The same for Bikernau, when we arrived with our car we had already lost it and at full speed. Conclusion: Auschwitz has become a money-making machine through visits. They do the same thing that the Nazis systematically did in a different way through these tours, with terrible organization. If I am going to visit a country in a week and I have everything planned, how do they wait at the last minute to send emails and change dates? How can you not imagine the helplessness and nervousness when they do that and change everything at the last minute for us who go with the hope of seeing everything in record time and enjoying everything we have in store and for everything to go well without knowing the language and everything What does it mean to be in a foreign country? SORRY.... But everything doesn't stop there. The next day. I couldn't get my tickets to the Schindler factory online due to lack of coverage and I was preparing to visit it on the last day there, seeing that I couldn't. I had seen the day before where this agency was in Krakow and we arrived to buy these tickets. The boy is not on schedule and when he arrives in a very bad manner he shows me a sign that says I'll be right back. I tell him that I already know what it says and I've seen it but if it opens at 10 it's not because it won't be there at 10.20. Well, I ask him if there are tickets and he tells me one and another for tomorrow. I tell him not tomorrow because my flight leaves. Between talking and talking, today's ticket is sold and he tells me that there are no more tickets, so I should go to other operators. All that unpleasantly. Well, we decided to go directly to the factory, already with the bad feeling that we would not see it, and when we arrived we asked and we didn't even have to wait in line, they sell them there at the box office directly and at a lower price. My question: How can you have such bad grapes and not tell you that there are tickets directly there? because they know it, because they are used to it and they do guided tours there too. Once again SORRY.. DO NOT CONTRACT ANYTHING WITH KRAKOW BOOKING, THEY WILL RUIN YOUR VACATION.

No show - Through our hotel we booked with this company for a day trip to the salt mines, we were told where to meet at 08:35 we were at the designated location at 08:20 buses/coaches we’re coming and going, I approached the bus drivers and tour guides asking were we on their list and we was not, transport was also parking outside Radisson Blu so I walked up and down numerous times to check our bus hadn’t stopped there and no nothing for us. At 9am we contacted our hotel to see if there was some delay they said the company had rang and we wasn’t there! Well that was a complete lie we made sure we were known, so being 20 minutes later than pick up time we said we would find our own taxi to the salt mines collect our tickets from the driver and ride back with them to be told we were FAR to late to catch up?? Hardly I think. Anyway after our own battle for a solution a refund had in principle has been offered. Please if you book with this company Krakow booking.com make sure you have THEIR details so your day wasn’t ruined like ours. Other bus companies on the day we’re looking for their missing passengers which was a professional thing to do we thought and waiting for them to arrive. Please just be mindful.
