Well Worth A Visit - A lot of walking downstairs, however there is a lift back to the top. Our guide was excellent and gave a wealth of information. If you are meeting at the Salt Mine, stand at the Unesco Stone at the front of the building and keep an eye out for the guide as we had to approach them.

Fun! - Tour guide was great! Very knowledgeable. It does get warm while in the salt mines even in the winter if it is winter when you visit then you want to dress if layers you can remove and still be at a comfortable temperature.

Perfect! - Very well organized, no issues with pick up and travel, drivers were punctual, speaking English and very kind. The tour was also interesting and our group was with a very good guide in the mine. The only recommendation I would have is to give 15-30 min free time before departure back to Krakow.
