A must visit in Krakow! - A truly special experience, our tour guide was fantastic- its a must do in Krakow! The only drawback was our transfer drivers - one of which who was talking on their phone throughout the whole trip there and neither of them said so much as hello

A wonderful experience - This was a fascinating tour of these amazing salt mines, the guide was very informative. Considering you only see 1% of the actual mine you still cover quite a distance during the 2 hour tour.

Worth a visit - We thoroughly enjoyed our day. What a wonderful experience. Our tour guide was fab. Lots of steps walking down but was ok. Would love to do it all again.

Wear comfortable shoes! - Very good communication with the organiser from start to finish. The trip was very well organised and everything run to time. Samantha was a professional guide who spoke excellent English who always spoke clearly and loud enough to hear even when stood at the back of the group. I thought my older teen would have got bored on this trip but it was actually the highlight of her holiday!!

Salt mine visit - Very interesting. Mind boggling the work involved in creating the chambers within the mine. Lots of steps down but an efficient lift back up. We read that it was cool and might require a jumper but it was comfortable at 17 degrees.

Well organised and interesting tour - The tour is well organised, with a convenient central pick up point in a minibus. Our driver spoke almost no English but looked after us well. The salt mines tour was very interesting, learning about the history, seeing the salt sculptures and viewing the beautiful underground chapels.

Fantastic experience - The main carved chapel the work that went into it is incredible. I would have liked more time at the last section was rushed. I also would have liked to see the museum.

Interesting tour - Very interesting to see and we knew it would be a lot of walking. The tour guide was lovely but as we didn’t have head sets and we were at the back of the group due to my partner using crutches we could not hear what she was saying very often. At the end we got separated from the group as we thought the first elevator was how we got back up but unfortunately it was just a service elevator. The museum tour was 40 minutes at the end but we decided that we had walked enough and eventually found the way out. No one looked for us. Just after we got off the elevator I received a call asking where we were. The tour operator obviously did not factor the 40 minutes at the museum into our trip as the bus was waiting on us. That is the main reason I’ve given it a lower score and getting separated from the group.

Ok tur - The visit to the mine was ok, but the guide was very difficult to hear and understand. We had the tour in English, but could only hear what was said if one stood right next to the guide It must be made better if possible with the use of audio guide

Salt mines - Very interesting tour apart from tour guide who seemed rushed and didn’t wait for group to get together from coming down steps, so not everyone heard what she was saying. Disappointed only with tour guide.
