Before your tour, you’ll receive a concise email and text outlining essential details like pickup time. On the day of your journey – welcome aboard, fasten your seatbelts, and prepare for an awe-inspiring venture! Learn fascinating facts about the city of Cracow from our hospitable, knowledgeable drivers. Then, team up with a guide and a group of no more than 30 people in the Salt Mine for an educational and enjoyable tour. The guided tour takes roughly 2 to 2.5 hours. Once completed, we’ll promptly drive you to your chosen drop-off point within Cracow.

As a special tip, take some time to explore less touristy areas of Cracow aside from downtown. This way, when you finally visit the downtown area, the experience will be even more extraordinary. Safe travels and enjoy your trip!

Great tour to salt mine - Martin our driver was brilliant, good communication all the way through. Very friendly and knowledgeable about Krakow and gave us a mini guided tour on the way to and from the salt mine. Air conditioned comfortable vehicle and considerate driving. Nothing was too much trouble for him ... would definitely recommend

Great driver, tour and guide - Interesting tour through the salt mines. The Guide Victoria spoke loud and clear english and was clearly good at what she does. The driver Peter, was also fantastic. He used extra time to show us historic important places around the old town and even had a list he gave us of all the museums, restaurants and bars that he would recomend.

Unique experience, really worthwhile - Wonderful pickup service from Martin and Jerry, plus lots of bonus information on the drive to the mine. Our guide Patricia had a great sense of humour and made our experience fun and informative. The great halls, cathedral and the underground lakes were unreal! We didn’t love the 800 steps to get there 🤣 but the miners’ lift to exit was an authentic and genuine touch. Thank you.

Experience to do! - Pick up as scheduled, we are accompanied by the driver to the entrance of the mines, we line up according to nationality so as to divide into smaller groups entrusted to an Italian-speaking Guide. As I recall, we went down about 54 flights of stairs. Once we got down it was a succession of corridors, rooms, ponds, stairs, and much more. Entered at about 13:15 and exited at about 15:45 .. After the visit the Guide instructs us on the exit (via elevator) so as to exit not far from the entrance. Useful information: there is a bathroom at the entrance, one inside towards the end of the tour during the scheduled stop at 3/4 of the tour, and a third bathroom at the exit about. During the stop and especially at the exit there are shops, snack bars, and restaurant (at the exit only). The temperature is constant, I would say just a denim jacket and a T-shirt. I went in August but I suppose underground the temperature remains constant. I suggest comfortable shoes.

Excellent company - so well organized with wonderful people; the salt mine itself is really fascinating to visit - Our experience with this company was marvelous from start to finish! Jerry, our driver/guide is very passionate and knowledgable, teaching us a tremendous amount during the rides to/from the salt mines, and stopping to show us many landmarks along the routes. He has a great sense of humor too, which made it all very fun. We booked our airport ride from them too and that was all very organized too. The salt mine visit itself was fascinating. We had a marvelous guide in the mine as well, Aga, who had the same combination of deep expertise and humor. We highly recommend this company, and to visit this very well-run and interesting historical place.

you have to do it - the driver jerry and the guide at the made the trip so enjoyable with their dad jokes .very interesting tour underground. 2m visitors a year so its a must see do . jerry was so honest he dropped off my water bottle the next day i left in the car! how decent!

Nice excursion - Very interesting guided tour of the old salt mine. It was powerful to experience all the tunnels and rooms underground. We thought it would be cold, but the temperature stayed at just under 20 all the time. Transport to and from the mine was an excursion in itself. Our driver showed us a lot along the way, and he could answer all our questions. Many thanks to our driver!
