Excellent well organised reliable Operator - Pick up at hotel on time. Transfer smooth. Excellent communication with operator. Punctual. Reliable. Friendly. Comfortable vehicle. Both tours with local tour guides (well informed, excellent in English, dedicated, great communicators, invested in their jobs) were excellent. We were returned very satisfied to our hotel. A very smoothly organised day cared by very friendly and well organised staff. We are very satisfied customers.

Both the Salt Mine and Schindler's factory exceeded my expectations - The tours were great. Had a very good tour guide (Katarzyna) at the Salt mine. It's huge and seriously impressive. At the Schindler Factory we had an exceptional guide (Filip) who brought the whole story of Krakow (1939-1945) to life with wonderful storytelling. It's actually a museum rather than a factory. The factory no longer exists as a factory but rather is a separate art exhibition space now nothing to do with Schindler. You will visit Schindler's office. It would be foolish to visit Krakow and not see these two attractions.

Salt Mine and Schindler Factory - The Salt Mine was fantastic. Well worth doing. Schindlers Factory great guide but museum space is small with many detailed exhibits that there is no opportunity to view. I think I will go back as an individual visitor but glad I went on guided tour first

Salt Mines and Schindlers Factory tour - Interesting visit to the Salt Mines with wonderful carvings and caverns however Schindlers Factory was really thought provoking and very well presented giving a complimentary experience to our visit to Auschwitz, especially from the Polish population situation from that period.

Definite bucket list visit - Thoroughly enjoyed this trip. It was well organised, communication was excellent, the driver was punctual and explained everything brilliantly. The only thing I would say is that although our guide was superb in Sciindler’s factory, it felt a little rushed. The mine was amazing and we were aware there were a lot of stairs and walking. However, other’s weren’t and a couple had to stop half way, so be aware of this. You basically go down stairs to a depth of 130 meters. Well worth it though.

Fantastic tour company - highly recommend - Excellent trip, well organised and great communication regarding pick up times. We used this company for another excursion during our stay in Krakow and both were first class. Very comfortable mini bus and great guide. The salt mine is a unique experience - highly recommend.

A good day out - Interesting day - the salt mines were good to experience, but the lady tour guide at Schindlers factory made the trip for me. She was passionate and knowledgeable - I learnt a lot from her, including the horror of Russia's occupation once the Nazi's left.

Lots of stairs - This is a good tour. There is a lot of walking and an awful lot of stairs as you descend into the mine. The guide was lovely and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this.
