Highly recommend - We were picked up from our hotel and driven to the Salt Mines. We shared the minibus with a family of 3, so it was a nice small group. The driver was friendly and explained where we needed to go and where to meet after the guided tour. The Salt Mines are definitely somewhere you need to visit in Krakow. I would highly recommend Super Cracow tours.

Fabulous trip - This was a fabulous trip.
Need money for toilets everywhere in krakow and the Salt Mines are no exception.
The audio guide was very informative though we did have a bit of trouble hearing her all the time.
I did feel we were rushed through the tour as there were many other guides behind ours
You have to wear suitable footwear as you walk down 300 steps , though it’s a cosy lift back upto the surface

Interesting trip - Excellent arrangements to get to the site again with Sebastian from Super Krakow picking us up at our hotel.
Evelyn was the local guide and had a good sense of humour as well as being informative. Mine itself is pretty spectacular and well worth seeing.

Underground wonder - Well organized and beautiful trip 130 m below earth surface recommend it to everyone. Quite a lot of stairs to get down but worth every step to descend into this magic kingdom of salt. We were recommended to bring a warm sweater but that was really not necessary since it was a warm day and the 16°c was a nice pause from the summer heat.

Salt mine tour - Excellent tour, a well organised and really interesting day. The guide Alexandra was brilliant and the churches in the mine were amazing. Obviously, there were lots of steps so make sure you wear comfy shoes.

Very Good - The driver was very early, so I had to wait almost a hour at the entrance of the mine.
But overall perfect experience. Good tour.

Disappointing - Very disappointing. The salt sculptures are amazing but the group we were in was quite large with some children. It was extremely difficult to hear and understand the guide who spoke through her mask with no microphone. In order to hear anything you had to be right beside her and she started talking before the whole group were assembled. I would recommend doing this trip on your own as you could then take your time. There was no advantage in being in a group.

very rude service from the operator - I booked this trip on behalf of my family. The trip we had the day before to Austwich was fantastic. Both the guide and the driver were so friendly patient and professional. The service from the staff on this trip was appalling and made the family feel uncomfortable. Service was very rude and hurried. The Saving grace was the guide at the mines, he was professional and excelled in customer service. This trip has put me off booking with Viator again. You can go to the salt mines for £10 cheaper if you book in Krakow.
