Excellent trip - Communication was excellent from the beginning to end. I was messaged with all the information and times I needed and kept informed until our drive picked us up. This was a very well organised tour and worth the money. Drive was prompt and picked us up from our hotel. He was very friendly and helpful. He talked about the local area and was very knowledgeable. His English was very extensive and clear. The journey to the mine was good and in a comfy mini bus. The drive took us into the mine and introduced us to our tour guide at the mine. The guide was clear, knowledgeable, funny and spoke very good and clear English. The tour vas very interesting and the mine was beautiful. At the end of the tour our tour guide took us back to where our driver was waiting and journey back was quick and comfortable. We were returned to our hotel. I highly recommend this company and this trip

Amazing experience - If you are in Krakow, you need to visit the salt mines. Be prepared to walk inside the mines. Lots of stairs. Some are slippery as they r made of salt. The chapel inside was like a treasure. So glorious. There is a lift to get back out, so not to worry..although the waiting period for the lift is 20-30 mins. You can take the 304 bus to the mines. You can either book your slot/ ticket online which include a guided tour in your desired language. You can also go to the mines and get your ticket, but you may have to wait for your time/slot. So i suggest you book online.. Which is cheaper. You can also take an organised tour where the private bus picks you up at designated areas and drop you back. Or else the public transport is also good. The same 304 takes you back to the city. Do remember to wear good non slip shoes. Also take a sweater along and wear pants, cos it is a little cold in the mines.

Nice day out - I recently visited the Salt Mine with friends, and it was an outstanding experience. The range of activities offered within the mine made the visit a fun and learning experience. From learning about the history of the mine to traversing the underground tunnels, everything was just amazing. On the other hand, the transport cost was a bit overpriced as ticket to salt mine is only £20, and I think that was the only downside of the trip being charged £48 per person with ticket included (£28 pp for transport of this distance is bit shocking in a sharing minibus) .The cost of transportation was a little higher than one might expect, making the trip a bit more expensive than it would have been otherwise. Despite this, I would still highly recommend visiting Salt Mine for its historical and cultural significance. It is an excellent opportunity to learn about the history of the region while enjoying an exciting adventure in the underground tunnels. Also, I suggest looking for transportation options that fit your budget so that you don't miss out on this amazing experience. Sharing Taxi for 4 would be around £25 in total (6.50pp) as is simmilar distance to airport itself. We booked on getyourguide.

Horrible experience. - The trip was confirmed by the tour operator the evening before with the time, meeting place and photo of the car that would pick us up. The driver did not show up. When we text the tour operator we we told that the driver is on his way. After additional wait time we contacted the tour operator and we were told that the trip needed to be rebooked for a later time. We could not do it and did not go to Wieliczka.
