Hello Cracow are excellent - Only booked this trip two days before we wanted to go but that was no problem for Hello Cracow. Booking was fast and efficient and the trip ran like clockwork. Would thoroughly recommend Hello Cracow. Salt Mime is amazing and is a must see if in Krakow

Very nice experience, again facilitated by Hello Cracow - Used Hello Cracow again for our second excursion on our holiday in Krakow. Although not as far away as Auschwitz-Birkenhau I am glad I did not try to arrange the visit myself. I’m glad I chose to use Hello Cracow. The scheduling, communication, pickups and transfers, entry and tour guide were excellent. Made for a nice experience

Wow - amazing what is hidden beneath. - Unbelievable underground experience! I really didn’t know what to expect, apart from it was underground. I can’t tell you how intriguing it is, “everything” is sculpted from the salt. It is truly amazing. You must visit, lots of steps downwards but a free ride back to the top via a lift shaft. People with mobility issues have access to box lifts.

Kraków short break - Amazing service wonderful people. Special thanks for our lovely drivers Arthur and Mirek. I wasn't impressed with Wawel castle tour guide it was rushed people were told off by the guide a couple of times. She then run out of time and was putting so much pressure on our group. However that didn't disappoint the castle view and experiences. I would highly recommend hello cracov for trip booking

Enjoyed it but felt rushed - Salt Mine was interesting, informative guide but we felt rushed. We would have appreciated a bit longer to look around. Also booked our time for 10:00 but it got changed to 08:50 at short notice.

Bad and good? - They pick you up almost on the dot of the time they text you, so be early. Had an efficient driver. Plenty of toilet breaks once you get to the Salt Mines and also midway through the tour. It's very narrow and hard to hear, so I missed a lot of information. The tour guide was lovely and clearly very knowledgeable but sadly I didn't hear much of it as it was a very large group. On the way back I quickly popped to the loo and gift shop (10mins) and went to the van to find he was about to leave without me. So it did feel very rushed but I still think worth a visit.

Cool salt mine experience near Krakow - The tour was impressive. It took about 2.5 hours. The sculptures are incredible. However, by the time it was over, I was definitely ready to get out of the close quarters.

Too commercialised for me - Too many tourists in my view. Whilst it was an interesting place it wasnt the great experience I had hoped for. Taxi pick up was good and efficient, fairly close to the time we had booked. Nice van, nice driver and a short journey. Right from the start you are basically in a queue, going down the stairs its just an endless queue with one group after the other in the mine itself you are on a tight schedule and we kept catching another group and having one right behind us. Means the guides/noises carry over each other and just makes it very impersonal. Could do with more time and more info. And theres absolutely no need for 4 gift shops to be on the route around it underground! Lower visitor numbers and improve the quality of the tours as its a special place. Plus also no mention of the "ending" and how you leave the mine which was the most bizarre experiences I have ever had! if you do not like dark/confined spaces this tour is'nt for you!
