Thermal baths - We had MAX SZKATULA. Could not have had a better driver. What a dream. Thank you for going out of your way to send us recommendations on where to go in krakow. English was brilliant, and made us feel very comfortable. Would 100% recommend!!

Trip to Zakopane - Amazing day away in Zakopane and big thanks to Mirek and the bus driver who made it much easier. Trip organised by Mirek was well organised, he was able to advise us where to eat , what to see ...and the best part smoked cheese and vodka tasting. Zakopane tour and Chocholowskie spa resort trip - Daughter and Mum trip to the mountain resort of Zakopane. Booked in Krakow city centre and received excellent communication by WhatsApp. We were picked up on time by Krystian C who spoke very good English. Comfortable transport in minibus with 2 other Brit couples through beautiful scenery to the ski resort. Spent 1 1/2 hour here then picked up again and driven to the Chocholowskie Thermal spa resort. A bit like a Centre Park type building with many pools/jacuzzi/steam rooms and also outdoor hot water pools - even an outdoor cocktail bar. Fab experience swimming/relaxing surrounded with snowy mountains. Definitely worth the money. Would highly recommend but would take flip flops if went again! Thanks to Krystian for being a fab driver/tour guide who chatted when we wanted to and even offered to drop us in town if we wanted after or return us to our accommodation

Dominika showed us Zakopane and a great restaurant - Our hotel Bachleda arranged a private car to view the Zakopane area. Dominika was our driver and was superb. Professional, friendly and safe. She drove through the snow and we had no concerns. She took on the role of guide and took us to her favourite restaurant which completed the experience. Without a doubt Dominika made the journey memorable
