Worth the trip - Pawel was nice and Professional. The combination of mountains, cheese tasting and thermal springs was good. We really enjoyed it. Only negative: the transport bus had small seating between rows- the bus was full and we were in the back row-any one over 5’3” will have very cramped legs.

Beautiful - Totally recommended, very attentive and helpful guide. The mountains are magical! They give away shots of Polish vodka, in addition to adding water and snacks along the way. There are several stops to buy something and go to the toilet.

Trip to zakopane - Our tour guide Krystian was absolutely fantastic. He was so friendly and full of life it really made our trip. The trip in itself was incredible too. The views in zakopane were phenomenal and the thermal spa was lovely.

Great tour, highly recommend - I toured with Thousand Miles via Viator to Zakopane on Sept 9th, my birthday. Magda and Marcin surprised me with a Thousand Miles tour company gift and birthday toast. This was an unexpected joy. Marcin navigated the road construction and heavy traffic with skill and MUCH patience. Magda was a fantastic guide, sharing so much information about the sights, culture, and foods of the area. I highly recommend this tour company and especially recommend Magda and Marcin.

A wonderful tour thanks to a fantastic guide - The Zakopane Mountains and Hot Springs is a wonderful tour to do. The mountains are beautiful and the visit to the shepherd's hut was really special. However, what made this tour really fantastic was our driver, Monika. She is an absolute gem! She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. She contacted our hotels ahead of time to remind us of our pick-up time and st the end of the day, she let us know 5 minutes ahead of time when we were coming up to our hotel for drop-off. She explained the schedule to us at certain points in the day so we knew what to expect, she was an excellent and safe driver, she surprised us with a snack for the ride home, and overall, she was very friendly, kind, and personable. Very hospitable. You could tell she really wanted us to have a great experience and that she enjoys working with her clients. A side note: my phone charger wasn't working (very inconvenient when travelling abroad) and when I mentioned this to Monika (because she sent us our funicular tickets through WhatsApp, so this was going to be difficult for me with a very low battery and no Wi-Fi), she went to the trouble of borrowing a charger from another guide so I could charge my phone AND she shared her Wi-Fi so I could download my ticket and get myself organized. Amazing!! It was so generous and kind of her to do this. Thank you, Monika, for being such a fantastic driver and guide! This tour was extra special because of you! :)

This trip was BEAUTIFUL.... - This trip was BEAUTIFUL. From stopping to try the cheese to taking Gubalowka up, to the views up top (breathtaking). Zakopane is beautiful 10/10. Eugene the driver was also great!!!

Interesting and full trip - Great trip lots to do and see well organised by your operator value for money. Interesting to see old houses and customs and cheese sampling

Aberage - Too much time at the shopping area and the jacuzzi area. Need more time to visit the nature and mountains

Driver ‘didn’t know’ about picking us up - Was a great day out, in my dreams since we were never picked up and didn’t get to go. We were advised by Viator the night before (when I was worried about the booking that everything was fine) then in the morning when we were awaiting pick up I was advised again everything is fine but they have between 9am and 9:50am to pick you up. 10am came and went and we were still waiting. We were advised to contact tour provider if any issues, when we done this we were very kindly informed that the tour has already left and didn’t know why we weren’t picked up. On asking if someone could take us and even just refund the difference of what was missed we were advised this wasn’t going to happen. As an ‘apology’ by the tour guide (please note not Viator) we were offered a day trip to the zoo or a transfer to the airport the following day. Viator are still to actually acknowledge that this is partly their fault as it was through them that the trip was booked!! Be careful with who you are booking with if it is something you really want to experience on your trip
