Great day - Ma seemed like a 10/10 excursion, as well as very reliable. These days we were canceled some excursion due to lack of people and with this company went ahead despite being just the two of us. Very friendly Maciek driver, helped us in everything. He's a good driver and we get to every place in time. The excursion is very interesting because you do a few activities around Zakopane in the same day. I would certainly repeat.

Very Satisifed - We had Piotr who was very helpful and gave us some history on Krakow and the rest of southern Poland. He also took us to a cheese store in the countryside on our way back from Zakopane which was delicious. We were able to shop for some gifts for our family. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Fun Trip - although unfortunatley due to the weather a rather soggy experience - We were collected promptly at 08:00 by Piotr who spoke excellent English and explained the day ahead. We drove to Zakopane stopping enroute to take photos at the famous village of wooden houses and to sample some Highland cheese. Our first stop in Zakopane was at the oldest wooden church 'Jaszczurówce' followed by a brief stop at the base of the ski jumps. We were then dropped off at the cable car and had two hours at leisure to explore the town. The cable car was fun and the views at the top were beautiful. However being August it was very busy and we felt one hour and half would have been sufficient. Piotr then drove us to Dunajec where we boarded the wooden raft. The sun had been shining all day and the minute we stepped on to the raft the heavens opened. He kindly ran to get us some rain ponchos and we sailed off in torrential rain absolutely soaked and spent the remaining two hours sitting in our wet clothes. It wasn't partiuclarly comfortable but it wasn't cold and we couldn't help but laugh at our misfortune and our very animated punter who didn't speak English but kept us amused with anecdotes translated by a fellow rafter. When the rain eventually stopped we did see some stunning scenery. We were a very bedgraggled bunch and were glad to see Piotr waiting for us at the other end of the river. He showed us where we could have some tea and then drove us safely back to our hotel. It was a long day but his service was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our day out of Krakow.

Rafting on the Dunajec River - The trip gave us a lot of joy. The driver assigned to the trip, Maciej, turned out to be a nice, competent and, above all, helpful and communicative person. Thank you very much for a successful one-day trip. The organizer and driver of the trip are worth recommending.

Best day ever!!! - We booked a private driving tour that included river rafting on the Dunajec, the Treetop Walk in Slovakia, and a visit to Zakopane. We contacted other tour companies for this itinerary; only Legendary Krakow said it was possible in a very long day (11-12 hours). Maciej arrived at our hotel on time and with a very clean car. He was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our whole day (he also played great music in the car!). Maciej drove us safely to each destination and helped with all tickets in each location. He even made an extra stop to a beautiful church outside Zakopane that would have been a shame to miss. All three stops were amazingly stunning. This was one of our favourite days during a two-week visit to Poland.

Unbelievable. Must do when in Krakow - What a great day out. This is a trip everyone who visits Krakow area must do. The scenery is amazing, the water is calm but still exciting enough sailing over rocks. Safe for kids and the raft guides are super entertaining. But they only speak Polish. So if you want to understand all the awesome jokes then bring a Polish speaking translator, you will pee yourself laughing. The booking company was great and the driver Milosc really cared about us all and made sure we had the best possible experience. He was very knowledgeable and tried to make the day unforgettable. The vehicle was super luxurious and the long drives were very relaxing and comfortable. If you are in the krakow area, then you must do this tour.

Could have been so much better - After reading other reviews, we were very excited for this. We were picked up on time and were the only two on the tour, guide seemed friendly but didn’t talk for the whole journey there (and back). We went River Rafting first, when we got there our guide and a worker there started shouting at each other about where to park, there was almost some wheel spinning! We tried to find the funny side of it whilst there but it was uncomfortable and very unprofessional. After that we had to wait a while for our tickets as our guide seemed to have problems getting them. But once on the raft, the views were amazing and it was a really fun experience. As other reviews say, the raft guides only speak Polish. Once we got to the other end our guide was there waiting for us. He then drove us to Zakopane. When we arrived we were told we had 3 hours to walk around, he pointed us in the direction of the funicular, suggested a place to eat and then left. At this point we realised we weren’t going to get the cheese tasting that is meant to be included with the tour so had to pay for our own. Like with the rafting, the views were amazing and we managed to stop for a delicious lunch. After 3 hours, we were picked up and dropped back to our hotel. There was no stopping at shops to buy gifts on the way back, no visit to the famous village of wooden houses or wooden church, no ski jump stop and again, no cheese tasting. We were/are disappointed and feel it was not worth the money we paid.
