A great day out - My daughter and I enjoyed a great day out with Cracow Top Tours. We wanted to see the real Poland and thoroughly enjoyed the busy trip with plenty of visits to different sites and we weren’t interested in visiting the thermal baths, so this trip was ideal for us. We visited the UNESCO village of Chochołów with its wooden houses, the shepherd’s hit for smoked cheese and cherry vodka. We had our photos taken below a ski jump, visited a cute wooden church, spent a few hours in Zakopane itself to enjoy more traditional Polish cuisine and a trip to the mountains. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t kind to us, but that’s life and we had an amusing foggy view of fog with alleged mountains in the background. Our guide was correct when he advised against a trip up into the mountains for this reason, however, some members of the tour wanted to visit, so he obliged without saying ‘I told you so’ afterwards. It was a very long day in quite a cramped minibus, but I am very pleased we did this. Mateusz was very polite and informative. He was a delight to spend the day with. He kept us informed via WhatsApp throughout our trip with plenty of recommendations. A big thank you to our bus driver too, who gave us a very comfortable ride. I would highly recommend this tour company.

A cultural day with plenty to see - A very well-organised trip to Zakopane with Mateusz. Super communication throughout and a friendly and helpful guide. We visited several sites including the ski jump, shepherd’s hut for cheese and vodka tasting, the UNESCO village of Chochołów, a wooden church, Zakopane itself and a very foggy mountain stop. It was a fabulous visit and a wonderful guide. Thank you.

Our Zakopane Tour Experience! - This tour was honestly the highlight of our trip to Krakow. Maja was our guide and she was wonderful. She was full of knowledge and recommendations on where to go / how to spend our free time and her main priority was that we enjoyed ourselves and got everything we could out of the day. She kept in constant contact with us both the day before the trip to confirm everything and the day of to make sure we knew the timetables and meeting points etc. She was very friendly and approachable and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide! The sights were incredible. There was so much to see and do and plenty of time to do it. It never felt rushed or like we didn’t have time to get round everything. We definitely got to take our time and take everything in and enjoy it. There’s something for everyone and honestly I would do it again tomorrow if I could. I would 100% recommend this trip and, if you do end up booking it, please give the antigravity slide a try!

An excellent day - From the minute we were picked up to when we returned we thoroughly enjoyed this days excursion. The guide, Matthew, was first class and made the day interesting with all the information he gave us and his consideration for all the passengers exemplary. Every stop we made was exactly as described in the web description and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this day out.

Great day trip in Zakopane - We very much enjoyed our trip to Zakopane and a special thank you to our driver Artur. Everything was well organised and punctual. We had a fair amount of free time in Zakopane to explore the town and funicular in our own time. I liked the fact that it was only a small group (8 in total) and the van was modern and comfortable. We also appreciated that we stopped once on the way there and once on the way back for a toilet break

Packed itinerary trip with stunning views and culture - Probably our favourite tour of our trip. It was a full day starting at 9am and finishing back at our hotel at 6pm. Only a small group of 12 or so and well looked after by our guide Maja. Beautiful part of the country, in the mountains with stunning views and culture. Would be perfection in snowy season but we knew this anyway. Information given was good and with a smile. Would have given it 5/5 stars but a couple of the stops were a tad rushed. Would highly recommend otherwise. :)
