Scary but fun - This adventure is not for the faint of heart, but it’s absolutely worth it! My husband and I, both 52 and not in the best shape, had an incredible time. Jim, our guide, was non-judgmental and supportive throughout. While we opted out of a few areas, we still had a blast, laughing and adapting as needed. Some spots had us rolling rather than following the directions, but that just added to the fun. The teens in our group loved every second. The experience was both exhilarating and a little scary, unlike anything we’ve ever done before. The pool after the second cave was the perfect reward! It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime adventure, and we’re so glad we did it. It is hard work (especially when you’re fat and out of shape). It’s definitely best enjoyed if you’re in shape! Either way stay positive, and embrace the journey!

What an experience! - In a word: recommended! We enjoyed this wonderful underground experience! We were picked up on time. After a drive we arrived at the first stop. Jim told us a lot about the origin of the caves. The first cave was a “dry cave”, where we were already staring. After some climbing and scrambling back out of the cave we got a nice cold drink. Then on to the second cave, the “wet cave”. What a special thing to swim in such a cave. You don’t often go through such an experience. Back upstairs scrambled one last cooling drink. Tired but satisfied we were then dropped off at our accommodation. Thanks again, Jim!

Highly recommended - Very nice tour made to two caves. The first was an educational tour where the nice and eccentric Guide explained the origins of the caves and associated natural phenomena. The second was a more adventurous tour where you came to swim refreshingly in the cave water and could enjoy the beautiful, untouched cave. I would definitely recommend doing it. Make sure you are fit/mobile enough to descend and climb into the caves, some parts are quite steep and/or slippery.

"breathtaking" beautiful - Together with our Guide visited 2 caves on the west side near Barcadera. The stair-cave and the water-cave. A unique experience where you can swim through a tunnel in the water cave (hold your breath) and end up in another cave. It's "breathtaking" beautiful... highly recommended, you have to be fit and a bit flexible otherwise don't start.

Different world! Very ‘cool’ - We went to the hidden gems of Bonaire aka the caves. You’ll visit 2 caves one dry & one wet one. Jim explains everything you need to know about the caves, it very beautiful and something you don’t really ‘expect’ to be on an island like this. In the wet cave you also need to snorkel and it was just a different world. He also gave the opportunity to the people who want to go, to a different ‘cave’, but you need to swim under the rocks. This ‘cave’ is also very pretty and in this place salt & sweet water meets & Jim will show you a fun fenomeen when salt & sweet water get ‘mixed’. He also offers you a drink when driving to the second cave. Would recommend this!

Worst excursion ever - No communication from the beginning. No safety equipment. I got hut bad and the guide acted like it was no big deal.
