What an awesome experience! - The day spent in the Andaman Sea was a wonderful way to spend a day. The boat was comfortable, the crew and our guide were friendly and efficient, the lunch was delicious, the pickup and hotel return went seamlessly. I've never booked a tour from half a world away ..the USA..but it was easy beyond description because of the professionalism of this company and the beauty of the area we visited. Can't say enough good things! From Michigan, USA

Perfect trip - Organisation was perfect from beginning to the end. Thank you Nancy, you were the best leader. Pick up at the hotel just in time. Paddeling with the canoos was amazing.

Memorable day trip with so many highlights - This trip had so many highlights: a buddhist temple inside a cave, an interesting ride by longtail boat in the mangrove with the numerous islands in the background, lunch in the Koh Panyee floating village that boasts a golden dome mosque, the famous James Bond Island, and a canoe ride inside sea caves and through mangrove where we spotted walking fish! Our guide Emma did an excellent job throughout the day and the ice tea and cookies served upon returning from the canoe tour were much appreciated!

beautiful experience - excellent trip conducted by Oh-Hoo operator, a nice and clean boat, an excellent guide who was so helpful, must-do canoe ride. the trip was very well conducted, they even arranged a special veg counter for us for lunch. Overall we really enjoyed this trip and will highly recommend this trip and the operator.

Canoeing and long tail boat were the highlights - The highlights of the day were the long tail boat ride and the canoeing. James Bond island, while very beautiful, was packed, which made it a bit hard to enjoy. The guide, Nancy, was lovely. The fisherman’s village was interesting. The lunch was pretty average but what I expected. Canoeing into the sea caves was a highlight. Our paddler was great! Pickup was on time, clean, comfy. Driving everyone around took forever but not much you can do about that. A long, hot day out (bring a hat, sunscreen, water and cash) but worth it!

Boat ride & island is nice. 2 + 2 hours drive was miserable. Guide did nothing but direct us to boat & cars. - Island views were nice, but it’s no Halong Bay (Viet Nam). Insane traffic both ways made the ride intolerable. Vans have no room for toes. Park 300 baht fee should be included in the booking, since it’s not an option.

Unprofessional - The views and the whole bay are absolutely incredible. 10 stars! But the service provided by the operator (Oh-Hoo?) or the marina they operate with (Seaview) is quite limited. They arrived 15 minutes late for picking-up (of course you can always put the blame on traffic or other passengers....). When we visited a cave, the so-called "guide" just ran ahead of everyone inside the dark cave and each of us had to find the way along the muddy and slippery path with the lights of our own mobiles without any help at all. Ridiculous. And last but not least, when we came back to the marina, along with hundreds of other people returning from their tours, they just told us the number of the bus we should board with no other orientation whatsoever. I myself and others that were in the same group found our way to a parking lot where dozens of buses were parked in an absolutely chaotic pattern (is chaos a pattern?). Unable to find either our bus or anyone who could understand even the more basic words in english (or even mimics), it took us about 15 minutes to find a man who just said we were in the wrong parking lot!! There was another parking lot at the other side of the marina building ...... and our bus was there with people who were successful just by chance. Ridiculous. DO NOT USE THIS OPERATOR. I have done a tour to Phi Phi Island with another operator, V. Marine Tour, (the marina was not the same either) the day before and what a difference....

Worst experience ever - We were not allowed on the boat. They stayed invisible. The tourboat operator was a different company. We were left in the marine, and had to pay for our taxi back to the hotel. We did not get a refund.

bad surprises - During my 8-day holiday in Thailand, I participated in tours of many different tour companies, but I was not satisfied with this tour company at all. I bought the full package for James Bond Islands. Other companies never claimed that it was an extra stop during the tour and therefore did not ask for cash. So there were no surprises. According to the policy of this company, they said that we would have to go to the natural park at the last stage of the tour and for this they asked for money for park entrance and transfer. When you ask if it is optional, they say no, it must. It is written in the descriptions, but if we have to pay this, why was this amount not included in the first tour package? Why do you want to pay cash again during the tour? Or, the natural park tour was not made optional. Also, the guide was very rude while I was trying to understand why I had to pay. While entering the Natural Park, we had problems with the staff at the entrance due to clothing. Even though our guide was with us, he did not help at all, and on top of that, he helped the tourists on other tours enter and ignored us. If you don't want surprises, I recommend you not to take this tour.
