Rafting & ATV Tour - Excellent Tour & we had lots of fun. Tour guide was really good & provided information about the history of each area & was really helpful with any queries we had.

River Rafting in Phuket. - Had a great experience.
Did the 7km rafting.
Would definitely recommend it .
Would do it again without second thought.
Booked via Benyathip Taikhuan @ Andaman tours. She is an excellent Tour organiser, using excellent, vetted tour operators and constantly checkingon the safety and well-being of her clients. .
I highly recommend her as well.

You get what you pay for. - The white water rafting was by far the best part of the experience. I have done a few before so I knew what to look for. Spacing and timing needs to be better. Large groups of people were waiting for quite a few minutes before we went down river. Too many boats were clumped together, causing one boat to overturn. Spacing was an issue. The river was challenging, Because of the amount of people, two paddlers per boat seemed like a good idea. The option of additional miles was an interesting idea but our group stayed with 5 miles. The zipline was very average, almost boring. The ATV could have been so much better if they had expanded the range. I like traveling through mud but more countryside would have helped. The meal was ok but the ride there and back was long. I passed on everything else. I appreciated the effort by the guide to keep us together and organized.

Average Day - Tour guide was great but the rafting said 30 mins and if you wanted to go extra 2km or 30 mins you pay $500 more baht and then another 500baht to go the 9km. I timed the rafting and it was 20 mins the a following 15 mins that you pay the $500 baht. With ATV I thought we would do sightseeing on them but it was a track that they made up. The zip line was very average. The ones that I have been on were much better and higher. I didn’t like how the staff expected money afterwards. For most tourist I believe this is a big turn off. The driver was like he was in a hurry as I am sure he was speeding and was close to hitting some which was a bit scary.

Busy trip - I liked the activities that were offered, though I felt like things should have been a little more organized.
Starting with pickup, we didn't know who was for what trip because the hotel was a pickup for multiple trips.
As far as the trip, the least favorite was the waterfall, which was the main feature I wanted to see, and there was barely a waterfall. The best activity was water rafting. The staff was amazing and made the trip down to the river exciting. Be informed that you should bring water shoes for the rafting portion.
I appreciate the snacks that were given and the pleasantries from the tour guide.

Not a great overall experience experience! - Our guide and driver were really nice, polite.
The distance to get to the location was around 2.5hrs, which if I’d have known I wouldn’t have booked.
The white water rafting, wasn’t what I’ve done previously whereby you paddle, we just sat there and “enjoyed” the ride.
The zip-line, not the best…when there is a member of staff physically stopping at the end, rather than a “stopper”, it’s not great! He literally had to grab/push against me, and “wiggle” the line to stop/slow me down.
Quad biking, was ok, it was literally through the waste ground of the area!
Jungle Tour…absolute joke! I’ve been on a jungle tour with another provider in Thailand which was a few hours, he guided us through etc…We basically got told to walk 5 minutes along a path, on our own, to a small waterfall and back.
Food…was ok, didn’t look the most sanitised place and the staff were actually rude when people asked for anything, they just shouted and said it would cost more!
Surprise was that there was a temple tour, although I’d already don’t this tour so I didn’t partake.
The other really saddening thing about this was that this was the only trip (I’ve done 9 trips in total) whereby staff were putting you under pressure to give them a tip! This was from the rafting team, they literally drove up on mopeds and was putting pressure on giving them tips, constantly asking, begging hands and getting rather close! Not a great experience!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY - Do NOT book this trip! To start we were in the van for over 3hrs to get there without any stops. We were told we would be stopping at monkey cave on three way there which we didn’t (ended up being on the way back so glad it was still included). Once we got there our names weren’t even on the sheet for being booked on the tour and there was ZERO communication at any point of the day.
We started with elephant bathing which was advertised at 30 minutes so we were very disappointed when we only got 8. After this we had lunch which was also disappointing before doing the white water rafting advertised at 5.5km. After the experience we had up until this point we decided to record the distance which needed up being only 1.3km and there was not enough water so spent most of it getting unstuck and unlike other trips you do not get to paddle just sit back and ‘enjoy’. The zip line is a joke, about 10 metres long 5m off the ground.
The best bit of the day was the waterfall and monkey cave which were nothing to do with this activity company.
Do yourself a favour and book another trip or sitting in your hotel room would be a better day out.
