Enjoy the local experience of traditional Cambodian food creation under the guidance of a true local Khmer guide. As we cycle through local areas, we’ll have a chance to interact with the local ‘Ming’ or aunts, observe them crafting rice paper discs for spring rolls. Our journey takes us to Samrong Knong, where we can taste Kralan, a delightful blend of sticky rice, black beans, coconut milk, and a hint of salt, cooked in a bamboo tube over charcoal. Our adventure continues as we sample rice wine and banana crisps from the street vendors.
- If you want to do bike riding, but your group has any of the problems above, we will include a tuk tuk in the tour.
