Road journey from Phnom Penh to Kompong Thom with sightseeing en route: Today, meet your personal guide and driver and depart Phnom Penh by car for Kompong Cham. Make a stop in Skuon to taste Cambodia’s more exotic culinary delights, the deep fried spider. Short tour of Kompong Cham to view examples of colonial architecture. Visit Wat Nokhor with its ancient temple and modern style pagoda (12th century). Lunch at local restaurant. Continue to Kompong Thom. En route, visit Wat Kohear Nokor (11th century).
