- Salt Fields - Spent 15 minutes driving to this location. Salt is another of Kampot’s significant products. Ocean water is pumped into the pans from canals and allowed to evaporate, leaving a thick layer of salt on the ground. Workers carefully rake the salt into piles, collecting and moving it to storage.
- Phnom Chhngok Cave Temple - 30 minutes to this site. Admire the stunning views from the Phnom Chhngok cave temple.
- Brateak Krola Lake - Spent 25 minutes traveling here. The lake and a dam were built by slave labor during the Khmer Rouge era. The impressive size of this man-made lake is notable. It is a large, mostly unpopulated lake, with a dirt road surrounding it.
- La Plantation - Spent 15 minutes traveling here. The main attraction is La Plantation, where you can enjoy tours and free peppercorn tastings. You can also purchase authentic pepper products.
- Kep Crab Market - 40 minutes to this destination. Finally, enjoy seafood or lunch at the crab market and swim or relax on the beach before heading back to Kampot.

Phalla is the best - Phalla is the best tuk tuk driver and guide in Kampot. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable with good English. My friend and I booked a waterfall tour and we were not disappointed. Phalla even went off of the trail and showed us some extra sights that were not included in other tours, and he provided us with a tasty lunch of bread and fish. Couldn’t recommend this guy enough.

Great tour - Phalla was a fantastic tour guide. We did the countryside tour and he was very friendly and informative. He kindly bought us masks because of the dust on the roads and bottles of cold water. We would highly recommend him.

Fantastic tuk tuk driver in Kampot! - We used Phalla’s services over both days of our stay in Kampot. He gave us a ride just north of the old town to do some kayaking, and happily picked us back up when we were ready some 5 hours later. We then used his services the next day for a private tour of the areas around Kampot countryside. His English was excellent. His driving was safe, even providing us with face masks to help with the dust from the roads, and he always had a smile on his face!

Enjoy your trip in Kampot with him - I had visited kampot last summer with my family. I had no idea how to travel in kampot. I googled tour program on Google. His travel agency got a high score so I contacted him. He recommended tour program with reasonable price.
He is tuktuk driver. And he gave me a good memory in kampot.
He was very kind. And he tried to care about my mother and my son. I booked another tour program throught him.
I highly recommend him.
