Jayavarman VII placed his kingdom under the protection of Buddha, whose statue was place in the central shrine of the temple, of the Budhisattva Lokeshvara whose features are represented on face-towers of the temple, covering the cardinal directions, thus extending the compassion of the king and a god he identified with over entire kingdom. Bayon is the last complex temple built by the Khmer king, it is smaller than Angkor Wat but the smiling faces, carvings, the bas-reliefs of this temple are greatest!

- Ta Prohm - Ta Prohm is one of Many temples built by a legendary Khmer king Jayavarman VII, he dedicated the temple to the memory of his mother, venerated in the likeness of Prajnaparamita, The mother of all Buddha. When visitors returning home are asked which temples made a strong impression of them, Ta Prohm often makes the top of the list. A beautiful temple, bound by massive roots of huge trees also known as Tomb Raider temple.

Hight light and absolutely must do! - Borey is an amazing guide by heart! His passion for temples is indescribable - he has great historical knowledge and shares many interesting facts that you won't read anywhere else. Plus he's super friendly! It was my favorite trip of my life! Thank you for that!

What an experience to see this breathtaking city at sunrise. Highly recommend Borey. - My wife and I had an absolutely amazing time seeing Angkor Wat with Borey as our tour guide. Everything was incredibly well organized. There was good communication leading up to the trip and Borey was very easy to contact through WhatsApp and quick to respond to emails. We were picked up right on time, and the private vehicle was very comfortable.
Borey was, enthusiastic, personable, and very involved. He spoke great English and his in-depth knowledge of the Angkor temples, and of the Cambodian culture/history was so insightful. He gave us enough time to enjoy the temples including plenty of time to take pictures and offered many times to take great pictures for us.
What an experience to see this breathtaking city at sunrise.
Highly recommend Borey.

This tour a must - We went with the fabulous Borey- he is super kind, so knowledgeable and will let you enjoy the sites while answering questions you have- great sense of humour too!!
We did the small tour Angkor wat sunrise, bayon, ta prohm, thom - all amazing in their own right
Definitely recommend this tour especially our guide Borey
